Outside of the installation of my TV, everything else is a disappointment. Issues with my TV, and now I have to wait 2 weeks for a tech to look at it. Online support is less than useless. $2500 TV. Can't use many of the features for 2 weeks. Best Buy, you never disappoint...

They kept rescheduling delivery so I request a refund.

After exactly a year there was a firmware update and the second node stopped allowing wifi connections with the only fix to reset and repair its now a daily accurance and for 450 dollars i expect better

Protection plan is a joke the Arcade 1 up is 5 feet tall and almost 100 pounds retail $799 and being told to take to store for the protection plan so that means rent a truck or put on the roof of your car it will not fit inside of the car. Now if I purchase a $300 washer dryer dishwasher or stove protection plan will order parts and go to your house. Please let me know how this is fair!

Absolutely biggest pile of (you know what) I have ever used. I owned a recoding studio for 12 years I know tech and Audio and sound bars are the absolute scum of the earth and this is the worst one I have ever delt with. You couldn't pay me enough to ever touch a sound bar again. I'm out 350.00 and 10 years off my life from stress and rage. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely impossible to get help. Even worse if the item is new and not working, it takes weeks for them to give you a used replacement. Absolutely not worth it.

Best buy polices they follow need work and store employees need to work on customer service skills and understanding. With that being said Cole from geek squad is the only reason i would consider shopping here again.

Was to be DELIVERED JAN 2022. It’s December 19, 2023 and Best Buy will not give me my money back as delivery says “DELAYED”. Been fighting them since January 2022. Horrible to STEAL CUSTOMER’s Money. Fraudulent practices and No Good Faith Principals applied.

This is a joke. Do not buy total. Best Buy cancelled total tech in June of this year and snuck it buy by renaming it total and burning everyone. Everything you bought total tech for is gone. It is a joke discount plan now. Any attorney please contact me.

hard to get hold of a representative and seems only a few people knows what they are doing. every time I call for follow up, I would have to spend atleast an hour and be transfer at least 5 times to get to the right department. frustrating.

This lock disconnects and reconnects for no reason Internet is 1gbps next to the lock its over 300mbps Also shows lock are unlocked but when i check they are locked don’t waste your money and look elsewhere

Waste of money and failed me every time. Total garbage

If i could give a 0 star I would. Careless install locations. and lack of positioning. It seriously look like they climbed the ladder and said "screw it". Here is a good place, without thinking of concealment, view, ease of access, and materials. I will definitely being moving these and putting them in correct locations. What means nothing to them, means everything me.

Tried calling geek squad technician and left phone number and never returned call

I do not like the fact that I can’t just renew product warrants in one payment. It is ridiculous they way it is done now.

Best buy total tech rebrand was the worst decision this company has ever made. Finally, when they turn their ship around, they remind me why I hated best buy so much in the first place. Not worth the annual fee.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for this with multiple requests for help with my new GAMING PC which was outrageously priced & came with Windows 11, blacks out, hardware malfunction. Nobody EVER came or gave correct advice.
