I like the peace of mind that comes from having a warranty... unless it's a warranty provided by Best Buy. Those people are pink-haired millennials that don't give a crap about their customers. They'll lie to you, cheat you and steal from you.

Turns tv screen black for 7-8 seconds randomly. Quite frustrating as there is no fix. High speed HDMI connected to HDMI port 2 or 4 and its still worthless. Save your money and get something else. The sync ruins your viewing experience.

Slow, noisy, and already ink is fading when printing even with new cartridge installed.

Held hostage for days with delayed deliveries and then when it finally does arrive it’s registered with a geek squad account that disabled the sound bar I previously purchased. For now on if it is not available in the Best Buy store I’ll purchase it on line somewhere else.

You’ll absolutely love it! I was shocked at how much we enjoyed this.

Techs don't seem to understand their own computer system. They are basically following instructions on a screen and when they get confused you have to wait for the 1 guy who might know it better, and if he doesn't they tell you the systems isn't working and you have to come back another time.

in the short term, it is a good thing to have on a new item purchased.

The person who came to install our cameras missed his appointment twice and when he finally did come, he complained about having to drive from Dallas. He left his cigarettes all around my yard and took off with my audio cord. The cameras work fine but the person to install for them I do not.

Stores do not honor this. Stores are not consistent.

Did not get the membership discount of $100 for a Scanner purchase. Geek Squad wasn't able to assist in getting the overpriced scanner connected. Waste of so much time and money.

Every time I take in a surface device for service, im told that i must buy a new one at full price. What service am I actually paying for. They a bleeding me dry.

Paid over $1000 to correct the damages from trying to install Ring and Nest Devices by geek squad. Definitely not worth the $200 fee to be part of the geek squad. Late by hours 1st visit and 3 visits a no show. Two of the visits not even a call.
