Damaged my home and I still have not heard from the warrant company

Turns off every few hours and need to turn or reset to get it work

Super bad they rescheduled my delivery appointment 3 times and never shown up

No an good product. Thats why i switched to another plan.

We been Best Buy clients for decades always best price always good and fast service. This protection we use every now and never but when we did everything was good

According to their policy For the 75 inches 8.2 dead pixels are acceptable on a 75 inch TV's. So much for the extra protection plan, that I paid handsomely for. This 75" TV is a year old and it is broke.

Best Buy has become increasingly disappointing. Total tech and other service items are only as good as the service help. Service help is poor making these options worthless.

I didn’t Realize when I Purchased This that it put the Extra Guarantee on Everything You Buy in the Store Verrrry Happy about That

Got it in July and it has stopped as of yesterday I seem to have problems with nugget ice makers going back to bullet ice Makes a sound like a human crying and it leaks

The Best Buy Membership is the way to go if your the type of person that purchases a lot of tech and want to be protected. I feel like your Tech is a investment and should be protect and Best Buy hasn't let me down when a product failed or has issues. The team is always accommodating and professional giving a great overall, shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Hopefully won't be needed, but if so then the equipment is covered. Good to have this in case the need should arise.
