Best Buy’s protection plan has always worked out good for us

I purchased the geek plan in early 2023 for a laptop repair that because of the age of the computer circa 2010, could not be repaired. I didn’t know I could cancel the plan. Rather, Best Buy renamed the plan to Total Care. From Oct -December, everything electronic started to fail an we need new electronics and appliances. In all 4 cases, delivery and installation was covered by the plan. We saved over $700 in charges for an under $200 investment. I am not a purchaser of extended warranties but this product works! I have already consented to it renewing new year although changes to he plan have been made that may lessen the benefits.

We have had the Best Buy Protection plan for three years now and it has been a necessity. We love the service and have had great product support. We recommend to all our friends.

It’s insurance that covers what it says. Would recommend if you purchase an expensive product, but it covers all your electronic purchases made after that date which is nice.
