    Nightmare Return - Requires Four Days Off Work

    This elliptical was defective out of the box. It is two weeks after I called Best Buy, and the Best Buy team has been a nightmare to work with. They expect me to take off work four separate days for this defective elliptical. I reached out to Best Buy immediately after assembly, and they recommended a return of the defective elliptical instead of a repair. I said I was disappointed that it could not just be repaired, but they said a straight return was much better than having to wait through the repair process so I agreed to return the item. I scheduled the return pickup and disassembly of the machine, and Best Buy gave me a window of noon - 8 p.m. for when the driver would arrive. I took off work, and the driver never showed up to pick up the return. I called Best Buy at 8 p.m. to find out what happened to the driver, and they said the driver cancelled the day before (no one at Best Buy bothered to check the driver's availability the day before or day of the appointment??), but they did not see the driver's note until now at 8 p.m. the day of the appointment. I asked them to reschedule the appointment, and they said the computer was not letting them so it would have to go to another department. I had to follow up with the other department (Field Team) because no one called me back. When I reached them, they said they could not disassemble the elliptical so they were sending me back to the first department. The first department (Geek Squad) said they still could not schedule me due to a technical problem. Aren't they tech support?? (This back and forth between both departments takes place over multiple days). Finally, today they said that they would have to come out on two separate days (of me taking off work) - one for disassembly and one for return pickup - despite only scheduling ONE day for both processes the first time (when the driver didn't show). I reminded them of this, and they blamed it on a technical issue that doesn't allow them to combine the two processes into one appointment. Again, aren't they tech support??? All of this trouble, with daily calls to Best Buy, to return a defective elliptical that they sent me. I cannot take off work four days for one defective elliptical (one for the original delivery, one for the first return day where the driver did not show, one for a disassembly person, and one for a return pickup driver). I do not think most people can afford to take off work four days in short period of time for an item that Best Buy allowed to be sold defective. I am still waiting to speak with a supervisor, but I have been waiting two hours today and no one has been available. Please save your money and buy an elliptical from someone else. This is a nightmare!!!

    AVOID this printer if you use Windows 11

    Beware! This printer had insurmountable setup problems. Epson tech support was no help. Finally, when I contacted TotalTech they explained that this and other Epson printers often don't work under Windows 11
