I recently had an issue with my Sonos speakers and had called and gone to the store but wasn’t able to get the issue resolved. When I called again and spoke to Chris, he was patient, listened, showed empathy, and expressed concern. He was clearly trained to de-escalate a situation and think creatively about how to address my problem. Although he was not able to thoroughly address my concern, I felt good after the interaction. I felt that someone had listened and tried to find a solution to my problem. I am a long-time Best Buy customer, and before speaking to Chris, I started to doubt my loyalty. This printer is great so far I love I don’t have ink cartridges and it AirPrints from my iPhone and it also has an app I can use. I hope it save me ink in the future and so far it prints nice color. It was really simple to setup and connect to wifi, my iPhone and my Mac air

it's been a game changer. The plan covers a wide range of issues, from accidental damage to mechanical failures. If they can't fix the item, they'll replace it. If I decide to sell the product, the protection plan can be transferred. Note: Some items have better coverage terms than others. It's important to read the fine print to understand what's included.

Radio works great really appreciated the Best Buy geek squad technician gave excellent advice and help me pick a different radio that had no issues did a great job on the install couldn’t have asked for better service. This radio is the one he helped me pick the other radio he said had a lot of issues and people come back, Bluetooth is great wireless. Apple CarPlay is great always connect automatically. No issues whatsoever thank you Best Buy.

Ease of mind when you have this plan. I feel that because of having this plan, I get better and quicker service.

Love my Geeks. Whether it is my phone, tablet or computer, they can always get me out of a jam!

I have geek squad and the representatives are awesome however, they are serverly understaffed and overbooked. Every time I have went in to get assistance I would wait for 20 to 30 minutes before I can speak to anyone as they give all of their attention to the individual they are working with. I don't get upset at them as I see they are working diligently, however they could use some help, maybe have 1 to 2 extra geek squad reps to bring down the wait time. The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star is because of how awesome the reps are.

Cqn be great if you are clumsy! I am. So the insurance is really nice.
