Amazing service, The complimentary purchase protection gives hassle free buying. There is so many features here that you are guaranteed to find a way to save money. It may seem like a large upfront investment at $199 Annually, but I've had old computers fixed up with no additional charge. The other thing I did was purchase a bunch of pc parts, as a member of the Best Buy team got out a laptop. He proceeded to take the time to pick out every part with me, actively listening to what i needed. 5 Star, without a doubt would recommend to anyone with tech worth more that $1000. Keep in mind your phone probably surpasses that alone, then add a fridge...microwave etc.

We purchased the GE-50 pint Dehumidifier with the Built-In- Pump and really like it. We have an older home/basement and this unit is very quiet compared to an older unit we had. We hooked up the small clear hose and the water collected now flows through the tube directly into the laundry sink. No more reminders to empty the bucket! Its dark grey in color and compact in size compared to older models. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

The performance is great but the menu and remote is dated.

Not too shabby, a bit expensive but i rather enjoyed spending extra moneyto be treated like trash buy the store gossip team/managent. Not so much the location i purchased this item from but it should be mentioned that their management is a disgrace to all those that have suffered through retail.

I absolutely love the Best Buy Protection program. I am able to get help very quickly and without resistance. I am able to see past purchase and service history easily in the app. A huge level of stress is lifted because whatever I purchase from Best Buy is covered.

Absolutely the best decision I've made was putting protection on my Electronics. We had a little incident with the monitor I purchased and unfortunately we had to bring it back and everything was covered with the protection plan from best buy. It was as simple as bringing it in, showing the email and proof of purchase left the store with it almost immediately. I was actually more nervous that it would have been in stock and really wasn't worried about Best Buy keeping there end of replacing the item(s) definitely the best couple of bucks you can spend!.

I like that it's quiet. I'm able to print from both paper trays. I get notice when time to change ink and paper. Great quality
