This service isconvenient and readily available. However, I am disappointed that the tech who waited on me neglected to update my Cridit Card information. As a result, my service wad intgefreupted and my MS 365 which was installed in store after purchasde was cancelled. I had to call online service to fix the problem. The two techs neglected to cancel my old Credit Card and update the new card, which I asked them to do at purchase in the store. I also called thr BESTBUY Cororate Office and spoke to a person, gave the new card number. I was assured that my service is updated adn my new card was on file. After 3 trips to he store aqnd a phone call my service was interrupted. Geek Squad need to better train your technicians. I am going to cancel my service contract if I experience this incompitence again!

I have always used the protection plan with items I purchased and the coverage is great without issue should I need to claim on the plan or return and item! No hard questions or question of character. It’s simple to understand what’s covered and just a phone call and they actually help! Replacement or fix is quick and reliable and the Geek Squad knows exactly what should be done correctly the first time! I recommend getting the coverage with any purchase that you invest into. As well it sure eases the mind that you can rely on Best Buy for your needs!

I have been glad to have the monthly Best Buy Protection for 24 months. It is reassuring to know that my items are covered.

That could affect my computer.So I replaced it with a better one

I transitioned from a wired acoustimass 6 system to a Bose sounbar 600 plus subwoofer. I got these for the surround sound effect and man, am I blown away. The differentiation in sound coming from the surround vs center speakers is fabulous. Note that you have to adjust the surround speaker volume from the app, I changed to 100% and have my center speakers at 80% and subwoofer base module at 60%. I highly recommend these especially if you get it an an open box price like I did.

What can I say, I'm reviewing this for a chance to win a $400 gift card. In all honesty though, we are total protect (or whatever it is called) members and I like the value the membership brings. It's the only reason why I have this.

I can’t tell you how valuable this plan has been, whether it’s for our laptop, TV, or any other appliances. things happen, issues, come up – and we have yet to have an issue that was not easily fixed with little to no additional cost thanks to Our plan.

This has saved me sooooo much money. Also I love having my warranty both automatically and all in the same place. I now buy most of my products through Best Buy because of this. I will say, however, that I am disappointed that they no longer do free installs. I know they were losing money but their cost for install is extremely high. I would prefer they raise the cost of the program by 50/month and charge a copay of 50/ to install. My last quote for a oled tv installation was about 1/4th the cost of the TV.

Best Buy Total Tech is the best program I have ever used! Many companies provide free shipping, but this program includes consulting, shipping, installation, extended support and MORE. With this program Best Buy has not only sold us all of our in-home entertainment, they have also installed and configured all of it; including 3 OLED displays, 3 Apple TV units, 3 articulation mounts, 2 Sonos Arc systems installed on the articulating mounts, and a Sonos Amp to power 5 zones of existing speakers in our back yard! And all of this working on the Eero Wireless Mesh network they installed. Now that is what I call my BEST BUY total!

This turntable was everything I could hope for. Name your connectivity and it works with it, I have a giant floor speaker that has Bluetooth connectivity and it works perfectly with it. No issues I can find with this so far. Been enjoying my vinyl collection. Thinking about getting a second one. You can’t beat the features for the price.
