This has saved me sooooo much money. Also I love having my warranty both automatically and all in the same place. I now buy most of my products through Best Buy because of this. I will say, however, that I am disappointed that they no longer do free installs. I know they were losing money but their cost for install is extremely high. I would prefer they raise the cost of the program by 50/month and charge a copay of 50/ to install. My last quote for a oled tv installation was about 1/4th the cost of the TV.

Best Buy Total Tech is the best program I have ever used! Many companies provide free shipping, but this program includes consulting, shipping, installation, extended support and MORE. With this program Best Buy has not only sold us all of our in-home entertainment, they have also installed and configured all of it; including 3 OLED displays, 3 Apple TV units, 3 articulation mounts, 2 Sonos Arc systems installed on the articulating mounts, and a Sonos Amp to power 5 zones of existing speakers in our back yard! And all of this working on the Eero Wireless Mesh network they installed. Now that is what I call my BEST BUY total!

This turntable was everything I could hope for. Name your connectivity and it works with it, I have a giant floor speaker that has Bluetooth connectivity and it works perfectly with it. No issues I can find with this so far. Been enjoying my vinyl collection. Thinking about getting a second one. You can’t beat the features for the price.

This service is well worth it-/husbands computer crashed and they took care of transferring all data from hard drive to his new laptop.

I always try to get the best buy protection on any tech device i get. When somethong does happen, and it always does, best buy makes it easy to get it fixed and fast.

I purchased this system during their Black Friday sale. My dad loved watching movies and thought this would be a great addition to his TV. As soon as I set this up for him he enjoyed how much louder it was and how you could feel the base. I recommend the 5.1.3 version over the 5.1.1 because the sound quality is better and louder.

This ring is fantastic for monitoring sleep defincencies. I have a sleeping disorder and this has helped me detect any breathing irregularity.

I'm a tech geek and just like I enjoy my electronic devices on the daily baises they run the risk of damaging. I've had some incidents with my drones or broken smart watches. The protection plan has always come through and either fixed or replaced my device. Its a peace of mind.

Insurance is very important. It's a worthwhile investment. Technology has a life span things are not built to last forever so having a safety net is very important. You can also renew online through your best buy account. I find it valuable and I get the support when we walk in our appliances for technical support or replacements.

Since we got several devices that support WiFi6E, it was time to upgrade my ASUS AC3100 and I picked this one. First, the look is nice and sleek. No more ugly antennas to move around. To the important performance - it is simply fast and reliable. It was very easy to setup and I had all my devices connected quickly (although I think ASUS has more fine tweak options but I don't really need that). Overall, my house network is more reliable and better overall throughput. Thank you BestBuy for stocking this and Netgear for an outstanding device.

I first got this a couple years ago when I went in and my earbuds weren’t working. But I hadn’t bought them under the protection so there wasn’t anything they could do. So that day I enrolled and I just feel safer if anything happens to any of the devices that I buy there. I would recommend!
