We are glad to have the protection in place for the canon printer.

I purchased this system during their Black Friday sale. My dad loved watching movies and thought this would be a great addition to his TV. As soon as I set this up for him he enjoyed how much louder it was and how you could feel the base. I recommend the 5.1.3 version over the 5.1.1 because the sound quality is better and louder.

You will be happy you got the protection plan. Just do it. it is worth it.

Insurance is very important. It's a worthwhile investment. Technology has a life span things are not built to last forever so having a safety net is very important. You can also renew online through your best buy account. I find it valuable and I get the support when we walk in our appliances for technical support or replacements.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Wow!!! I purchased a TV (will not identify brand) and it gave us a Headache. After 6 months of trouble we went back to Best Buy. We talked to Geek Squad and had a disagreement as to resolve. So we asked to speak to a store manager. Well, this manager (TJ) was Absolutely Terrific. He Listened and said “NP” to Replace. Get another TV of said brand. Most Fortunate for us, they were None Available. “NP”. Choose another TV and if less get back difference of money. We walked back to TV area and got a Great Guy (Russell) who took his time w us. Oh My. Purchased a Sony 77” Bravia. Super Quality. A few days later Alberto and Lee (the best) came to remove old TV and set up new TV. A few days later purchased a new Sound Bar. I will Always stay w Total Tech from Best Buy.

This device was simple to setup, got my home network back up in a matter of minutes. The longest part of it was just waiting on Xfinity to activate it, but your mileage may vary depending on your ISP. I am pulling great speeds on it, 900+mbps network, 400+ on the wireless. The management interface is intuitive and easy to use, easy to configure wireless SSID settings. The signal range is better than the latest version of the Xfinity gateway in my opinion. I also enjoy the fact that I now own a modem and don’t need to pay my ISP for it monthly.

Let me tell you, folks, the Best Buy warranty is absolutely fantastic. It's the best warranty you can get, believe me. The coverage is tremendous, and the peace of mind it provides is incredible. You won't find a better warranty anywhere, I guarantee it. Best Buy knows how to take care of their customers, and this warranty proves it.
