The Geek Squad protection is the best! I had a Dell service contract on my computer and called them when my camera refused to work. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a tech that I could barely understand and he said it was all fixed, The next morning when I turned on my computer, It opened hundreds of screens and I had one heck of a time shutting it down. I took it in to the Geek Squad and they worked on it for 3 days and got it running like new. The Dell tech also lost a bunch of my files with his messing around, as I brought a one terabite drive so they could copy everything to it before they began their repair.

The extended warranty gives me piece of mind with the items purchased from Best Buy.

Get Best Buy protection. Although there is an annual fee it will provide value for the higher priced items. I've had one 65 inch OLED TV board-level repaired and 2-43 inch TVs replaced by the Geek Squad over the past 5 years. Totally worth it IMHO.

I have an Epson ink printer but decided to purchase a laser printer. The HP printer installation was easy and worked according to instructions. Touch screen and features were easy to follow and use. Happy I purchased this HP printer and didn’t have to contact customer service support!!

Not too shabby, a bit expensive but i rather enjoyed spending extra moneyto be treated like trash buy the store gossip team/managent. Not so much the location i purchased this item from but it should be mentioned that their management is a disgrace to all those that have suffered through retail.

The geek squad was a big help with gathering and picking out all the items needed for my son’s computer. They didn’t push anything more than we absolutely needed. They suggested things that would help.

Overall it is great for those of us who want health tracking, but also enjoy wearing watches. I love that it seamlessly connected to my S24 phone, I can charge the case and ring wirelessly, and it doesn't feel cumbersome on my index finger. The fact that Samsung doesn't charge a subscription fee to use the features is what sold me over the Oura ring. I do wish there were inserts for half sizes though. That is my only gripe to be honest.

Love the protection plan. Hope that I will not need it, but it gives me a sense of ease knowing that I have it.
