a great service to have I really appreciate that even though the appliance was not bought at best buy they will come out and see if it can be fixed

I debated on buying this because I'll be honest, I'm a geek and i wanted to start my car from my phone. An even bigger plus is i can now start, lock, unlock and open my trunk from Alexa! Absolutely love this upgrade!

Haven't used it yet but the store has been very understanding when it comes to 60-day returns. It's not like it was in the 90's when you could go into a show room at Circuit City and hear the speakers personally before buying. This service alone is worth the year price of membership if you don't live near a big showroom like Crutchfield or Magnolia Best Buy location. 24-7 Chat also available.

Wow!!! I purchased a TV (will not identify brand) and it gave us a Headache. After 6 months of trouble we went back to Best Buy. We talked to Geek Squad and had a disagreement as to resolve. So we asked to speak to a store manager. Well, this manager (TJ) was Absolutely Terrific. He Listened and said “NP” to Replace. Get another TV of said brand. Most Fortunate for us, they were None Available. “NP”. Choose another TV and if less get back difference of money. We walked back to TV area and got a Great Guy (Russell) who took his time w us. Oh My. Purchased a Sony 77” Bravia. Super Quality. A few days later Alberto and Lee (the best) came to remove old TV and set up new TV. A few days later purchased a new Sound Bar. I will Always stay w Total Tech from Best Buy.

The ink is AMAZING. Never have to change the ink. However another big reason I bought this was for the document feeder. I file a ton of papers so I thought it would save me some time. I've had this printer for a few years now and the feeder is horrible. It jams about 50% of the time, probably even more than that. If you're getting it for fast scanning downgrade on this printer and buy a separate scanner. The scanner is not worth it, especially the feeder.

If you are looking to improve your Wifi signal without getting a whole new system this is it. I saw a strong signal improvement from constant loading and refresh watching Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Tubi and more. Now I have no dropped signal and my devices are connected without a lag. I would highly recommend if your thinking about it. This was a buy you will not regret. When I visited a family member the cable company they were using added these for the Wifi connection in Lawrence, Ga so its worth it.

I'm normally not one to do memberships or anything, but this one is worth it as it saves you money on covering your equipment if you buy from them more exclusively.

For the cost, this warranty is one of the best I've seen or had. I feel totally protected against and problems that may happen with this warranty.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Have thd same jn my vehicle for 4 years. Absolutely fantastic system. Bought for my sons car so he can start warm during the cold months and start cooler during the hot months. Most importantly give his car a chance to warm up for a few minutes before driving.
