How many total tech member and I highly recommend for anyone who is a frequent customer of Best Buy to purchase total Tech on an annual basis in most Apple products it includes AppleCare and if anything goes wrong with it, you receive an even exchange or if the product is not available a Best Buy gift card from the original receipt. It has come in handy with my apple products it is definitely worth the money.  of course different products vary however it will pay for itself

I used to think that warranties were a waste of time and a way for the business I am buying from to make more money but I can tell you that with Best Buy I have never been disappointed. The products they sell are always warrantied out and customer service is on top of it!

I am always in need for different purchases from Best Buy and peace of mind that it can be repaired or replaced is good enough for me.

I recommend purchasing the highest best buy member plan for this benefit alone! Nearly anything you purchase gets an automatic 2 year coverage. It's perfect because everyone will want something electronic and this membership pays for itself!

Used one time, not a good experience. But I was able to get some help. They need better training and manager that stay around at the Geek Squad counter

Uses this for an issue with gaming computer. Very glad to have this. I think I paid a lump sum though.

Great value for everything from extended warranty to fixing stuff with Greek squad . Even computers haven’t bought from Best Buy can be fixed for a reasonable Prize

Without the protection plans buying electronics is like throwing money out the window. I can’t imagine not having a protection plan.

They are amazing when fixing my computer or printer.

Great epicenter sound quality for the subs. High inputs and rca inputs. Restoring audio for the subs and amplifying the bass. One think i would add. Do not over power epicenter, it will stop working.

Overall a good deal with the total membership. I would recommend this for frequent shoppers.

Their protection plan is awesome when trying to return an item never had any issues with staff a very easy process

Great to know that we are covered on our expensive electronics for Best Buy. Have been keeping these programs with our devices for at least 5 years now and although we don't need them often, they have come in handy on occasion.

Very pleased with the help we needed with the security cameras to make the best choice for us.
