I love having peace of mind with my product knowing its protected!

I just got the freezer. I haven’t used any kind of insurance or whatever you wanna call it so that’s but it is a very good freezer.

Best protection plan Best Buy has to offer. Would recommend.

With the sophisticated computer components in today's TV’s, appliances, and computers, we feel better knowing we can rely on Best Buy's TotalTech should something go wrong or if I cannot figure how to use or repair something. I have built several PC’s, but I still run into issues I have no idea how to handle, and so far, TotalTech has come through for me. Free installation alone was worth it, and I have been able to use my plan for my family, which is a bonus. The TotalTech team is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt, we are very pleased.

We've had great luck with Best Buy so far, Hopefully we won't even need to rely on the protection service, but it's grat to have in the back pocket!

I used the monthly protection only once so far. That use was within the first month of purchase. With that use, the protection plan has already paid for itself! I will be going in with more questions on my electronics, and those useful sessions will be, basically, "free." On large tech product or appliance--I will always get the protection. It has more than paid for itself everytime.

I love knowing my products are covered. Even having access to the Geek squad is nice but to have the extra blanket of security allows me to sleep better at night. Especially with college kids handling most of the electronics that I buy! It's def nice to have!

It's just a charging brick. It does its job. Best Buy's Insignia brand is a good value.
