Best Buy protection allowed me to return an item with poor performance. Easy process. Worth the cost!

Best Buy membership is actually worth it. It's a costly investment at first glance, but considering it covers nearly every product you own with extended warranties, it's a nice peace of mind ordering from Best Buy.

It has the potential to be great unless you get lazy employees who will attempt to railroad you at every attempt and keep you from using your service that they are billing you for. Believe me I think they must be getting encouraged from the top to stop customers from trying to use their services.

It is a secure feeling to have one’s purchase to have two years of protection.

This is why I would never buy me electronics on Amazon for less the 200 a yr you have protection on all your best buy purchases. Adding insurance to everything would cost you an arm and a leg total reward is amazing

Great product for internet plans over 1gig, speeds are insane and latency is low as can be even on wireless, 10/10 would recommend as a upgrade and future proofing for wifi

This is the best value in laser printers available. Product is full function, great print quality, excellent color reproduction and highly recommended! I upgraded from an ink jet printer and while the cartridges on this printer will be more costly upfront, you do not have to generally worry about them drying up like you do with ink. Also, much less messy. If you are looking for a great value in a great printer, I would recommend this printer!

Over a certain dollar amount, I typically will purchase a warranty … just in case. I used one once, but I’m glad that I decided to get it!

Every time I go to Best Buy the associates are quick to help and very knowledgeable. I have paid for Geek Squad/warranty for a few years now and everything they say they are..they ARE... quick to arrive at home and knowledgeable about product.

This product was sold to me by customer service. Best Buy is a very good place to buy appliances and electronics and the staff is very respectful and patient with the customers. I've bought my 75 in Samsung qn85b from them and my Samsung soundbar and it sounds great. I am a total Tech member and the membership is outstanding it has a lot of benefits and I can't wait to get my remote start installed into my car. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone

I purchased the protection plan a couple of months ago when I purchased new printers. I was reluctant initially because I was planning to purchase the warranties, and was reluctant to add the expense. The salesperson informed me that all of my tech, including tech I have that was not purchased from Best Buy would be covered so I decided to go for it. Well....this has been among the best money I have ever spent, the Geek Squad has already done about $500 worth of work for me, and it's all included...no charge. This is fantastic!!!

The Best Buy Total plan is great - I can't recommend it enough. Very good value when you combine the discounts you get, an extra 30 days to return (I have used that), and you don't have to buy other protection plans such as AppleCare.
