We have always purchased protection service because Best Buy always honors the coverage.

This is the best value in laser printers available. Product is full function, great print quality, excellent color reproduction and highly recommended! I upgraded from an ink jet printer and while the cartridges on this printer will be more costly upfront, you do not have to generally worry about them drying up like you do with ink. Also, much less messy. If you are looking for a great value in a great printer, I would recommend this printer!

This product was sold to me by customer service. Best Buy is a very good place to buy appliances and electronics and the staff is very respectful and patient with the customers. I've bought my 75 in Samsung qn85b from them and my Samsung soundbar and it sounds great. I am a total Tech member and the membership is outstanding it has a lot of benefits and I can't wait to get my remote start installed into my car. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone

Geek squad was knowledgeable and professional at setting up our new TV.

The website advertises 100 Watts rms which is incorrect. After receiving product,reading the manual, and verifying model number, it is 50 RMS 100 peak.

I have protection on all of my Best Buy purchases.

I purchased the protection plan a couple of months ago when I purchased new printers. I was reluctant initially because I was planning to purchase the warranties, and was reluctant to add the expense. The salesperson informed me that all of my tech, including tech I have that was not purchased from Best Buy would be covered so I decided to go for it. Well....this has been among the best money I have ever spent, the Geek Squad has already done about $500 worth of work for me, and it's all included...no charge. This is fantastic!!!

I’ve used Best Buy‘s protection plan several times, they were willing to replace the product that was covered without any questions at all after a year of usage. Also they are available on the telephone quickly to answer any questions.

This is such a powerful tool to remain connected to family when camping. We’re dealing with lots of family challenges and this is a miraculous tool to keep us connected.

I recommend purchasing the highest best buy member plan for this benefit alone! Nearly anything you purchase gets an automatic 2 year coverage. It's perfect because everyone will want something electronic and this membership pays for itself!

Get the protection. You'll be glad you did. The plan often includes coverage for various items. Big value add. Don't leave the store without it.

I was think about the product, it’s use and the reviews. Then I realized I never give reviews and I need to start because I rely on them. Just when you don’t protect your asset is when you wish you did.

Great Value. Because of the coverage of all equipment and appliances purchased through BB (with this coverage) and the included installation, etc. I am determined to purchase from Best Buy for these items. In fact, I bought a Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Range Hood, and Ninja Foodi, not to mention a Home Theatre Speaker System. (But when using a 3rd party vendor, Best Buy needs to ensure they hire quality people focused on doing it right and with a customer focus. Otherwise, this membership is not worth it. But they came through in the end, and I couldn't be happier!
