Laptop works great and is very fast. The Geek Squad had it all set up for me and transferred all my data from the old computer for me!

You can’t beat the protection plan. I go out of my way to get my stuff from bb. Especially with apple products. No brainer because you get apple care for 2 years at no additional cost. We have had Bose headsets that shredded and they gave full refund to buy a new pair. I avoid buying my electronics from Amazon and Best Buy store managers are great at price matching . I have Sonia , Bose apple products for the whole family

Best thing I did with Best Buy. The service is spot on and even one installation (TV on a wall) pays for the cost. I had one TV cleaned as the fan wasn't working and didn't get charged a cent. BTW the TV is working fine -- and I had spent 2,800 on the TV. To me, worth every penny if you buy a lot of products rom Best Buy!! not to mention they offer an additional warranty on the product (thru Best Buy). Stop paying for all the additional costs for assembly/installation and get this great deal.

Great mesh network, easy to set up and add additional satellite points. I love the ethernet ports on each Eero which can be hardlined into a desktop, TV, or gaming console. The app is good too; set up profiles for each person in the house to monitor their usage, set schedules to keep young ones from watching youtube all night long. You can even pause internet access to a certain device for group of devices under a profile. One can also see which devices are connected to which Eero point. I had a NightHawk router before which was nice and the app was good but this blows it away.

Have had no complaints, everything needed and promised on your guys end has lived up to my expectations!

In the past, you had to purchase protection plans when you purchased any item that cost you money and you didn't want to spend lots of money when it didn't work anymore. At some stores you still have to purchase these plans which adds to your purchase bill. Since I am a Totaltech member at Best Buy, anything I purchase is covered by their monthly Best Buy Protection up to a specified number of months at no additional charge. Also after the expiration of the monthly protection plan, you can still have repairs done by them at a lower cost.

Protection plans have saved me thousands over the years, and with Total Tech it's even better as you get a 2 year plan (even ADH!) included for free! You can also extend beyond the 2 year once that period is up for a small fee that's less than an original protection plan would cost! Tons of value, I wouldn't hesitate to get protection on everything, better yet, just get a Total Tech membership and reap all the benefits beyond protection plans! Want your product delivered and installed? Need help with an electronic device, even if you didn't buy it at Bestbuy? That's included with Total Tech, as well as many other great features!!

This is a small air conditioner for window or wall. We installed in the wall is was worth every penney!
