Great Value. Because of the coverage of all equipment and appliances purchased through BB (with this coverage) and the included installation, etc. I am determined to purchase from Best Buy for these items. In fact, I bought a Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Range Hood, and Ninja Foodi, not to mention a Home Theatre Speaker System. (But when using a 3rd party vendor, Best Buy needs to ensure they hire quality people focused on doing it right and with a customer focus. Otherwise, this membership is not worth it. But they came through in the end, and I couldn't be happier!

Not sure if I will ever use this plan or not, I hope I don't have to, but if/when I do, I hope it covers what I need it to.

Great mesh network, easy to set up and add additional satellite points. I love the ethernet ports on each Eero which can be hardlined into a desktop, TV, or gaming console. The app is good too; set up profiles for each person in the house to monitor their usage, set schedules to keep young ones from watching youtube all night long. You can even pause internet access to a certain device for group of devices under a profile. One can also see which devices are connected to which Eero point. I had a NightHawk router before which was nice and the app was good but this blows it away.

Would not buy anything with out it. It is a great plan to have

I have had this protection plan for more years than I can remember. It has paid off in various ways including repairs, debugging, and undoing mistakes I have made. The members of the Geek Squad are always friendly, knowledgable, and ready to fix the problem. They do not make you feel as if you are an “Idiot” for what you may have done wrong that requires their assistance. I would recommend their protection plan to anyone who has a computer or related product that they can help you with.

Protection plans have saved me thousands over the years, and with Total Tech it's even better as you get a 2 year plan (even ADH!) included for free! You can also extend beyond the 2 year once that period is up for a small fee that's less than an original protection plan would cost! Tons of value, I wouldn't hesitate to get protection on everything, better yet, just get a Total Tech membership and reap all the benefits beyond protection plans! Want your product delivered and installed? Need help with an electronic device, even if you didn't buy it at Bestbuy? That's included with Total Tech, as well as many other great features!!

Great to know that we are covered on our expensive electronics for Best Buy. Have been keeping these programs with our devices for at least 5 years now and although we don't need them often, they have come in handy on occasion.

I feel this is the best bang for your buck if you're a total tech member.

Great quality cameras. Overall very useful to keep your property safe and be able to view it from your phone.

Best thing I did with Best Buy. The service is spot on and even one installation (TV on a wall) pays for the cost. I had one TV cleaned as the fan wasn't working and didn't get charged a cent. BTW the TV is working fine -- and I had spent 2,800 on the TV. To me, worth every penny if you buy a lot of products rom Best Buy!! not to mention they offer an additional warranty on the product (thru Best Buy). Stop paying for all the additional costs for assembly/installation and get this great deal.
