Great value for everything from extended warranty to fixing stuff with Greek squad . Even computers haven’t bought from Best Buy can be fixed for a reasonable Prize

My business has been consistently profitable over many years thanks to my access to Geek Squad (and Best Buy) professionals. I have contacted them many times in the late hours, but have been fortunate to have then fix and solve problems that could have eliminated me from being a contender in the next days business activity. I have been a dedicated Total Customer of Best Buy for years.

Every time I go to Best Buy the associates are quick to help and very knowledgeable. I have paid for Geek Squad/warranty for a few years now and everything they say they are..they ARE... quick to arrive at home and knowledgeable about product.

I've been using total tech for several months now. There are a few upsides that I've enjoyed since purchasing. The first is automatically getting apple care with purchases made through best buy. If you upgrade phones/tablets regularly, this almost pays for itself. You also get extended warranties on some appliances and devices as well. There are also membership pricing that discounts items from time to time. Also, I haven't needed to use it, but it's nice to know that if I need tech support or repair, I can get it through the benefits from technical support and diagnostics. On the downside is it's kind of pricy if you don't frequent your devices from Best Buy or need the technical support. It's a great value if you use it, but if you don't it's like having a gym membership and never going to the gym.

Best Buy membership is actually worth it. It's a costly investment at first glance, but considering it covers nearly every product you own with extended warranties, it's a nice peace of mind ordering from Best Buy.

The ink is AMAZING. Never have to change the ink. However another big reason I bought this was for the document feeder. I file a ton of papers so I thought it would save me some time. I've had this printer for a few years now and the feeder is horrible. It jams about 50% of the time, probably even more than that. If you're getting it for fast scanning downgrade on this printer and buy a separate scanner. The scanner is not worth it, especially the feeder.

This is why I would never buy me electronics on Amazon for less the 200 a yr you have protection on all your best buy purchases. Adding insurance to everything would cost you an arm and a leg total reward is amazing

I used to not believed in purchase Extended protection, my new Washed failed in only one year, after multiple repair, deem to be unrepairable due to no more parts available because of discountinued model. I was lucky that showhow in the first time ever, I purchased the product protection, I was able to get a 100% replacement with a new washer. from now on all major appliance I purchased, I added in the extendent protection.

I bought an 85” and a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TVs, plus brackets to install on wall. The Geek Squad arrived and took care of everything. I couldn’t have been easier. Love the TVs and love the top-notch Geek Squad service!!! All protected with my service protection plan - awesome!!!

This is a great added protection for non technical people like me! I don't have to worry about messing it up as if I did, they would be able to fix it with ease and promptness.

I am always in need for different purchases from Best Buy and peace of mind that it can be repaired or replaced is good enough for me.
