Best protection plan ever… first thing you have to made!!!

This is definitely worth it! it gives you a peace of mind and allows you to have the protection you need that goes beyond the Manufacture's coverage.

I’ve used Best Buy‘s protection plan several times, they were willing to replace the product that was covered without any questions at all after a year of usage. Also they are available on the telephone quickly to answer any questions.

Plug and play. Recieved very professional help from the associate that was working. He helped me pick out the right parts to ensure everything would work.

I recommend purchasing the highest best buy member plan for this benefit alone! Nearly anything you purchase gets an automatic 2 year coverage. It's perfect because everyone will want something electronic and this membership pays for itself!

I have geek squad and the representatives are awesome however, they are serverly understaffed and overbooked. Every time I have went in to get assistance I would wait for 20 to 30 minutes before I can speak to anyone as they give all of their attention to the individual they are working with. I don't get upset at them as I see they are working diligently, however they could use some help, maybe have 1 to 2 extra geek squad reps to bring down the wait time. The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star is because of how awesome the reps are.

To know your product is under a protection plan is so relieving. I have had no issues and not had to use the service but I would pay for it again and again for peace of mind.

I have contacted them many times in the late hours, but have been fortunate to have then fix and solve problems that could have eliminated me from being a contender in the next days business activity. I have been a dedicated Total Customer of Best Buy for years.

I'm normally not one to do memberships or anything, but this one is worth it as it saves you money on covering your equipment if you buy from them more exclusively.

My 24 month warranty that comes with the purchase of my computer, monitor and other items that my Best Buy Total annual membership gives me with every purchase is really outstanding! I’m so glad I purchase my membership each year that gives me so many free options when I make a purchase like this free 24 month warranty!!

Quality of iten is a standout. Would recommend for ease of gaming in your home.

I used to not believed in purchase Extended protection, my new Washed failed in only one year, after multiple repair, deem to be unrepairable due to no more parts available because of discountinued model. I was lucky that showhow in the first time ever, I purchased the product protection, I was able to get a 100% replacement with a new washer. from now on all major appliance I purchased, I added in the extendent protection.

This has come in handy more than once- choosing to get it depends on what you’re buying and whether you think it is likely to break down.

I cannot imagine going through my day-to-day home office life without Best Buy Protection! I am not the savviest at computer software fix it. So, I can rest easy knowing Best Buy Protection has my back and can keep my services on track. I have found that taking my pc into my local Best Buy proves to be the most successful way to address any issues, and the Geek Squad staff are always so pleasant, patient & understanding.
