I am Best Buys biggest advocate for their protection plan. Their tech/ protection people are the best. Very very knowledgeable with very good people skills. they have helped me numerous times. I will NEVER be without this protection plan. EVERYONE should sign up for it-----but then I would have a much more difficult time scheduling appointments for help.

Totally worth having this. I have brought in my lens and they were able to fix it. I dropped nearly 1k on a lens and when it malfunctioned I brought it in to geeksquad paid a small deposit and got it fixed a month and a half later. It is not bad, I couldn’t imagine having to count a 1k lens at a loss. If you buy expensive things get the insurance it’s totally worth it. If your buying something expensive and don’t have money for insurance, ask yourself: can I buy this again?

protection plan . i highly recommend it. i have used it manytimes with no issues.

Protection plan is great for when you need it but I have found that over the past 3 years they have changed it quite a bit. The price has increased yet the coverage has gone down. It's a little frustrating. HOWEVER, when I do need it, I have not had problems getting what is offered at the time. For example, my cord was broken for my laptop and I was able to get another shipped to me no problem. Also had an issue with a vacuum I purchased and was able to get a full replacement, again with no problems. The original was no longer in stock so I chose a comparable one. When it works, it works but I fear that with all the new changes, it won't be as easy.

I have owned quite a few Blu-ray players over the years ( Sony and Samsung) but this model is over the top in picture quality and surround sound. It has all the feature anybody could want in Ultra 4K Blu-ray player. It is also a High Definition CD player and streamer. I could go on and on raving about this unit, but just know it is by far the best one in this price range. I would highly recommend it!!

I am a repeat Best Buy customer because of the 24-month protection plan. I have many children and have needed electronics replaced throughout the years. Best Buy always has been the best because of their protection plan!

Their protection plan is awesome when trying to return an item never had any issues with staff a very easy process

I get my total tech plan on all of my Best Buy, purchases my entire home, including televisions, washer, dryer, refrigerator, three TVs, movie room, theater equipment and garage entertainment system, audio devices, computer phones, and all accessories. Have this plan they cover everything and have warranted things before in the past very knowledgeable people.

Incredibly important to make sure to protect your items or you’re throwing away money.

Uses this for an issue with gaming computer. Very glad to have this. I think I paid a lump sum though.

Best Buy protection plan is a phenomenal deal for 2 years of assistance. having a technical expert readily available at no extra charge to help with issues has been a major benefit... plus, having the protection plan helps ensure things can be repaired or replaced for 2 years at no cost. I have had to use this before for my sons computer and having a no hassle replacement when the repair was an option was exceptional.

If you shop and use Best Buy to purchase your electronics, software, music, or appliances, the Best Buy Protection is worth the cost in savings. I have saved more than the cost of the protection plan.
