    I was first skeptical about it when they changed their membership and started offering this for all pyrchases with their highest tier membership but its worth it. Broke a wireless beats esrbuds and took it to get it fixed. In two weeks they had it fixed and ready at no charge.

    Total tech warranty is so worth it, we’ve had exchanged items like wireless chargers and easy to swap out!

    Over a certain dollar amount, I typically will purchase a warranty … just in case. I used one once, but I’m glad that I decided to get it!
