Had to use this service twice in my life. In every way this is a must have for buying new tech. I had a soundbar that stopped working and they were able to get me a newer one because the older one was no longer available. The second time was for a samsung watch. The screen was acting up and samsung said there was nothing they could do after the year. best buy had it for a week and then sent me out of a new one.

I really enjoy best buy as a customer at their stores. I am not too thrilled when, I have to deal with their online and phone customer service in which is horrible. Issues hardly ever get resolved, experiencing poor listening skills and attitudes like the customer is bothering them. I yet have not found the in store, most managers are not professional and take pride in their work. So it is best to have that re-pore with the store. They do more than the average to get your issues resolve although they encounter the same poor level of customer service from the phone support.

It's a good purchase to rely on when purchasing any kind of electronic equipment.

Have had Geek Squad membership for over 10 years. Best deal in town to protect your electronics you purchase at Best Buy and keep your electronics working and connected. The service personnel at polite, extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain the problem and what they are doing to fix it.

Great plan to have in case anything happens to your purchases.

Laptop works great and is very fast. The Geek Squad had it all set up for me and transferred all my data from the old computer for me!

Not sure what to say that hasn't been said already, but our Best Buy protection has been excellent! Getting automatic coverage immediately after purchase is key in our decision making on purchases. We've used just a few times, but when we did Best Buy came through and replaced the defective items immediately---no questions asked and no hassles.

Love that everything is protected under a Best Buy Protection plan without the big payments and especially if you purchased the total protection plan

Got the protection program and it has worked great. Had a problem with an HP printer and got a new replacement at no cost because the protection program.
