It is a secure feeling to have one’s purchase to have two years of protection.

I haven't needed to use the Best Buy Total Tech Protection Plan yet, and honestly, I hope I never have to. However, the mere assurance that it is there in case we do need it brings a sense of relief and adds a layer of security to our tech investments. In essence, the plan is like a silent guardian, ready to step in if the unexpected happens.

Amazing product blows super cold and is very quiet!

Having protection on anything I purchase because I’m a Total Tech Member is a great benefit. I have only had to use it a couple of times and the staff in the store is friendly and welcoming. It’s like they roll out a red carpet when I come into shop or ask questions.

When you are not a techie, having something like the Best Buy protection plan to back you up is a good idea, especially when the object you have purchased could potentially be injured by being dropped, exposed to water or other common household hazards -- especially if you have a pet with a penchant for chewing on your prized reports or homework.

Ive always had good quality product from Best Buy. I remember buying my 1st complete home stereo system in 1984 from the Moorhead store. Still workimg today. I think the customer service is top notch compared to other stores selling similar products. You have the questions they have the answers that help you decide on the product your potentially purchasing.
