I originally added the Geek Squad Protection plan to have my old TV taken away after purchasing a new TV. Since the purchase of the protection plan I've had to use it twice and one time for a friend. Nice to know I have the Geek Squad there for repairs or questions for any device I have. I plan to renew my subscription when my current protection plan expires. Good to have protection!

I have no complaints, was a bit pricey but the connectivity is seamless. The transition and configuration of the network was very easy to set up. Best part is, everything can pretty much be done with the app. You can also block specific devices as well as have a guest wifi so you don’t have to disclose your password. Honestly was definitely worth it but you won’t know if it’s right for you till you try it for yourself

The Best Buy product protection is an excellent service. I usually do not need it on any of the products I purchased at Best Buy. Yet when I do need it, I get expert service or my product is replaced. I would recommend this with any product you do not feel you can Repair by yourself.

I returned the product that I purchased that came with this protection plan. But I still give the protection plans 5 stars. As a Total Tech Member we have the benefit of free protection plans up to 2 years depending on the product. This is a wonderful service for free as a member and gives me peace of mind if I have any problems. Highly recommend it.

I will alway buy the protection plan on every electronics. My Mac book stopped working and they replaced it no questions asked.

I haven't had many things I've bought at Best Buy go wrong on me (unless I've had them for years), but when we have had machines malfunction, and I've contacted Best Buy, they've sent out a repairman who was cordial, knowledgeable and had a solution to solving the problem.

If you buy a lot of devices for yourself or family, these warranties can be a good way for peace of mind, especially if buying for someone who doesn't live near you to do your own troubleshooting

If you’re getting Apple products and several of them and a lot of single items it’s so worth it. 100% it will save you $120 for each Apple Watch over $199 for older Apple phones and it covers everything. Nothing is different. $30 replacement fee depending on what it is. I’m not sure I can extend the service through Apple but I love it.
