I returned the product that I purchased that came with this protection plan. But I still give the protection plans 5 stars. As a Total Tech Member we have the benefit of free protection plans up to 2 years depending on the product. This is a wonderful service for free as a member and gives me peace of mind if I have any problems. Highly recommend it.

Excelent services. When I request the assistance of the team, they are pront to delivery the most knowledgeable and remarkable experience that a customer could ask for.

This is used in the warmest room in a large house where central AC can't quite cool it. The size is around 700sq ft and this unit keeps it cool smartly. It's also pretty quiet which is nice. The room is for a teenager, and the app is great for a parent to turn the unit off or go back to energy saving mode as kids never care about saving energy or money after manually set to full blast.

I’ve enjoyed having the extra protection with Best Buy Tech support. These guys are on top of it and I always feel taken care of.

Total tech will save you a ton of money with every purchase

If you’re getting Apple products and several of them and a lot of single items it’s so worth it. 100% it will save you $120 for each Apple Watch over $199 for older Apple phones and it covers everything. Nothing is different. $30 replacement fee depending on what it is. I’m not sure I can extend the service through Apple but I love it.

I have not used this coverage yet but just having the security but knowing the coverage is there is comforting and just something else I dont have to worry about

The Best Buy product protection is an excellent service. I usually do not need it on any of the products I purchased at Best Buy. Yet when I do need it, I get expert service or my product is replaced. I would recommend this with any product you do not feel you can Repair by yourself.

Always get protection plan, if you got the membership sometimes it include with it. Check and also its worth since some items ain't made like they use to be where they last a long time, so the protection at least helps you get replacement in case the item breaks down faster then plan. (Grant no plans for their items to break down but wear and tear happens)

Very glad I made this purchase. Kevin, Jairus, and the team at my local Best Buy (Northridge) are always very informative and helpful when it comes to me being indecisive and I never feel pressured to make a purchase from this store. Also, I'm very happy that I became a total tech member.
