I bought this in the after math of hurricane helene when all other internet providers were. It was very easy to set up. I had internet about 30 minutes after i opened the box. I did have to climb up on my roof to get a good steady signal though. Speed was disappointing. I could do my work and get in streaming zoom calls. I could also stream tv at night. I did get some buffering while watching live football. Monthly charge is $120, which is what I was paying for my regular provider. Regular provider speeds were usually around 700 vs 85 that I was getting on Starlink. Of course, when traditional internet is down, that is a speed of 0. I'm returning the starlink. Even with the higher reliability, i can't justify paying the same price for one-tenth the speed. If i didn't usually have a reliable connection or if speeds in my area were only 2-3 times faster than starlink, I'd probably keep starlink.

Protection has been valuable to have. Things break or stop working all the time.

This is used in the warmest room in a large house where central AC can't quite cool it. The size is around 700sq ft and this unit keeps it cool smartly. It's also pretty quiet which is nice. The room is for a teenager, and the app is great for a parent to turn the unit off or go back to energy saving mode as kids never care about saving energy or money after manually set to full blast.

I am consistently pleased with how these speakers sound. Bass response varies with distance from the wall, but it’s good. Paired with a 70s Concept 2.5 (25 watt) receiver and they are driven well and my music sounds how I expect it to sound!

Always get protection plan, if you got the membership sometimes it include with it. Check and also its worth since some items ain't made like they use to be where they last a long time, so the protection at least helps you get replacement in case the item breaks down faster then plan. (Grant no plans for their items to break down but wear and tear happens)

Total Tech has been outstanding. I've had 2 TV's installed on walls for free, and a previous purchase wall mounted for $125. This last has created much more space in the room and freed a table. New subwoofer purchase is covered for 2 years without additional protection. Staff have been very professional and protective of our property.
