I’ve bought all my electronics here from cell phones, laptops, and apple watches….. to tvs and playstations. With the unlimited screen protectors on my iphone 11 to the 2 years of apple care on a new purchase. I love the deals and helpfulness best buy has to offer. Geeksquad has helped me fix all kinds of appliances and the in home visit offer lets me know ill always be covered.

Ive always had good quality product from Best Buy. I remember buying my 1st complete home stereo system in 1984 from the Moorhead store. Still workimg today. I think the customer service is top notch compared to other stores selling similar products. You have the questions they have the answers that help you decide on the product your potentially purchasing.

Since we're a couple of luddites its good we have a service that has our backs!

I originally added the Geek Squad Protection plan to have my old TV taken away after purchasing a new TV. Since the purchase of the protection plan I've had to use it twice and one time for a friend. Nice to know I have the Geek Squad there for repairs or questions for any device I have. I plan to renew my subscription when my current protection plan expires. Good to have protection!

Having protection on anything I purchase because I’m a Total Tech Member is a great benefit. I have only had to use it a couple of times and the staff in the store is friendly and welcoming. It’s like they roll out a red carpet when I come into shop or ask questions.

Great product! I ordered it and it was shipped the next day. Customer service was amazing! This is an underrated brand, I recommend getting this to anyone who needs a screen.
