I’m a firm believer in certain products having protection plans, especially high and electronic stuff. I had someone come out to double check that everything was hooked up and working properly and having to worry about paying for it that’s already been paid for as well. Don’t have to wait long to get help up to the house to fix something. Been very happy with everyone who’s been out

I’m a huge Shark fan. Steam mops, robot vacs, multiple vacuums corded and not and I think it may come to an end. Even with proper care and maintenance, the vacuum rarely has a good suction. It definitely doesn’t have good suction when using the handheld. The canister often doesn’t empty or doesn’t close all the way and when I pick it up to use again, debris falls out. Speaking of the canister, there’s a little section you can’t clean in it but debris still gets in. I’m tired of spending my hard earned money in a new vacuum every year or so.

Best decision I made to buy this plan. The geek squad is amazing. I can call them with any question or issue and they are there to help. I also don’t have to buy the extra protection plans for individual items. My first choice is Best Buy when I buy anything electronic because of this plan. It covers all my purchases

I am a huge fan of best buy so I tend to get all my electronics from here. By the end of February the total tech membership has already paid for itself. Any time ive had an issue, best buy always esopves it quickly and im not out whatever the item is long at all. Sometimes they just say go grab another one and they will swap it!

Glad to know the protection plan will cover any items I purchase within the one year period.

With annual protection, I did not need to buy Apple care for my Apple devices. They also put the fridge I bought two months before under the coverage of the new protection which is awesome.

Best Buy's Protection is easy to use. It is not a gimmick. I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because of this.

I own a set of Ring cameras from about 4 years ago, and I had a friend who wanted some for their house. Not only was it still super easy to install, but the quality seemed so much better on hers, I might have to upgrade mine now! I did mine with solar panels, and hers as well, and would suggest the same to anyone else so they don't have to worry about the batteries at all.

I have used the plan twice during the past month, it is well worth.
