The protection plan is well worth the money!! The Best Buy team is phenomenal. They are very responsive and truly provide topnotch support whenever needed.

Uses this for an issue with gaming computer. Very glad to have this. I think I paid a lump sum though.

The ink is AMAZING. Never have to change the ink. However another big reason I bought this was for the document feeder. I file a ton of papers so I thought it would save me some time. I've had this printer for a few years now and the feeder is horrible. It jams about 50% of the time, probably even more than that. If you're getting it for fast scanning downgrade on this printer and buy a separate scanner. The scanner is not worth it, especially the feeder.

Always get protection plan, if you got the membership sometimes it include with it. Check and also its worth since some items ain't made like they use to be where they last a long time, so the protection at least helps you get replacement in case the item breaks down faster then plan. (Grant no plans for their items to break down but wear and tear happens)

Brenden from geek squad demonstrated very skillful technique to install this lock as he made sure that deadbolt can slide in/out smoothly and he also showed me how to charge batteries, add finger prints and many other neat functionalities . He is so far my best geeksquad experience at bestbuy although I had terrible experience with other technicians who was rude and cancelled my appointment at last minutes without notifying me

If you’re getting Apple products and several of them and a lot of single items it’s so worth it. 100% it will save you $120 for each Apple Watch over $199 for older Apple phones and it covers everything. Nothing is different. $30 replacement fee depending on what it is. I’m not sure I can extend the service through Apple but I love it.

I love the Best Buy Total Tech. It has saved me money and protected the items I purchased there. I feel comfortable knowing that if something I buy breaks down the road, Best Buy will help find a resolution.

I called In and explained that the TV was malfunctioning the person on the phone suggested, it was a part so I waited for the part to come in. Then when the Tech came out to install the part he said it was not the part and this issue with the TV was not going to be repairable and I would get the upgraded model of my TV, which is just amazing. Had I said I would rather the tech come out & assess the problem I would not have waited the extra week, so other than that it would have been five stars. There was no arguing or anything I was quite surprised at how they honored the warranty. Glad I purchased it & didn’t listen to my husband.

Total Tech has been outstanding. I've had 2 TV's installed on walls for free, and a previous purchase wall mounted for $125. This last has created much more space in the room and freed a table. New subwoofer purchase is covered for 2 years without additional protection. Staff have been very professional and protective of our property.
