Love the protection I get from Best Buy, I don't have to worry if something fails I know I'm protected.

They total protection plan is the best. I have used it a couple time and no problem

Love the extended warranty packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

I'm not one to purchase protection plans, however, I will say that buying this one is smart. You get two years for most or all products you buy and it's already paid for itself in the savings. And now, I honestly rather purchase from Bestbuy if i'm buying something since it will fall under the protection plan.

The warranty comes free with my Best Buy Membership so it is hard to argue with the service, but have yet to need it on this item.

This protection came in very handy when I needed to return an item. It had been almost 24 months and they honored it. It was hassle free. They gave me a gift card which I used to purchase a replacement. I now purchase most of my electronics from Best Buy because of this hassle free warranty!

Have not used it yet but after talking with the the one of the managers it made sense to purchase the plan.

I really like this printer. It is very fast and gives good quality images even though it is just prints in black. I like I can be at home and print to it at work. I can walk in my office pick up the pages I need without having to wait till I get there. I would recommend this printer. It’s my first HP and I feel like I will be getting another one for my home.
