Will always purchase. You either get 100% back if its still under warranty and they cant fix it. Or you get money back towards a replacement item

Love the extended warranty packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

Upgrading from my previous Samsung Blu-ray player, I have to say I've enjoyed all the features that the DP-UB820-K brings (i.e. Dolby Vision, Hi-Res audio, all supported formats, etc.). If you enjoy great video and audio outputs and continue to support physical media this player is for you. Highly recommended!

I am consistently pleased with how these speakers sound. Bass response varies with distance from the wall, but it’s good. Paired with a 70s Concept 2.5 (25 watt) receiver and they are driven well and my music sounds how I expect it to sound!

No regrets in purchasing this product, It works as designed.

I really like this printer. It is very fast and gives good quality images even though it is just prints in black. I like I can be at home and print to it at work. I can walk in my office pick up the pages I need without having to wait till I get there. I would recommend this printer. It’s my first HP and I feel like I will be getting another one for my home.

The performance is great but the menu and remote is dated.

I have had the total tech plan for years and have used it several times to help problem solve or set-up different devices at home and in store.

It is a secure feeling to have one’s purchase to have two years of protection.

These are so good, the bass is fire. Would recommend. I started doing my research on different headphones and came across these. Never had the xm4’s but supposedly these compare really good to them. I’m all for it, these usually go on sale as cheap as $260 so just keep your eye out! Super good headphones!

With annual protection, I did not need to buy Apple care for my Apple devices. They also put the fridge I bought two months before under the coverage of the new protection which is awesome.

I am a total tech member. My dyson quit sucking up my dogs hair to I went in to get it serviced. They ended up clearing it for a return and funded me the entire amount I paid for it. For the total tech price it was completely worth it! And everything I buy from Best Buy is covered automatically. No more spending extra on warranty for everything.
