Best idea ever, having 24 months of service... is great...

You’ll need to protection your items with this when shopping at best buy

Very happy to know all of my purchases are protected.

The total member subscription is a nice peace of mind for all my purchases while also knowing I’m getting the best deal.

Already had to use this unfortunately. Had an issue with a prebuilt pc I purchased but thankfully I was able to just trade it in with no problem.

I have product protection on all my items purchased : TV. Computer, vacuum, refrigerator, portable battery pack, chargers and multi light bike. It helps when they break or have an issue

The Geek Squad has been awesome to work with. They know their stuff and have helped me repeatedly with any computer issues or questions I've had. I made a mistake a few years ago by letting my membership expire and having to call an expensive and questionable online service to save me from a harmful virus that threatened to harm my computer. Geek Squad has never let me down - 100-percent trust and satisfaction!

Have not used my protection plan yet, but it's good for peace of mind.

Best bang for your bucks. I have several items from BB and they are all covered if I need them to be.

I really don’t like buying extra insurance or extra warranty for stuff that I buy because it cost so much and it will add up for everything you purchase. But… this total tech from Best Buy is one price and cover for 24 months. Yes it is little expensive but peace of mind for stuff you get and I don’t have to worry about spending extra on each time I buy stuff from Best Buy. I had this service for a while and so far it is good.

Regrettably, I had to cancel my Best Buy Total membership due to some unexpected circumstances. However, I would like to emphasize how grateful I am for the wonderful benefits it provided me. I remain optimistic about the possibility of rejoining in the near future.

What can you say: part of total tech subscription and comforting to have protection for just about anything. I have always had good experiences when something does go wrong.

I've already used the service several times and feel like it definitely paid for itself. My son's $1,000 laptop broke and Best buy tried to fix it but after a few days they said they couldn't and they just gave me a gift card for the amount that I purchased the laptop for.

The best $ you can spend- love knowing everything I buy is covered for 2 years. Problem it's fixed, I've not had a problem that it's not been replaced. Worth every penny! Any item I buy, I check Best Buy first- don't have to worry about paying the $30+ protection, I'm covered!

It ends up being cheaper than paying monthly for all my separate protection plans.
