This protection came in very handy when I needed to return an item. It had been almost 24 months and they honored it. It was hassle free. They gave me a gift card which I used to purchase a replacement. I now purchase most of my electronics from Best Buy because of this hassle free warranty!

I love buying the extended warranty along with my major purchases from Best Buy. They track all the information for me, so there’s no paperwork to keep track of… It’s all managed through my Best Buy rewards which was a former total tech support. Lots of other benefits with this membership highly recommend recommend.

I recommend this product headset, but I had to return them because they were too small for me. So I chose return and buy bose earbuds.

Being a Best Buy Total Tech member has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. And it provides me with an automatic protection plans for my purchases. When I have had an issue with an item, Best Buy has handled promptly and efficiently.

I never really go for these plans, But... This did come in handy having some PC work done. Service was excellent . It would have cost more without this plan. Tech support was free and all I paid for was the parts I wanted to upgrade!!!!

This is great to have for your purchases. If something happens it is covered.

Amazing product blows super cold and is very quiet!

Sonos is a must have if you are looking for a new better sounding wireless surround sound experience. I just purchased my Era 300 to replace my One SLs. Dolby Atoms sounds amazing. I’ve had 3 of my friend switch there surround sound to Sonos. Amazing buy

I bought this in the after math of hurricane helene when all other internet providers were. It was very easy to set up. I had internet about 30 minutes after i opened the box. I did have to climb up on my roof to get a good steady signal though. Speed was disappointing. I could do my work and get in streaming zoom calls. I could also stream tv at night. I did get some buffering while watching live football. Monthly charge is $120, which is what I was paying for my regular provider. Regular provider speeds were usually around 700 vs 85 that I was getting on Starlink. Of course, when traditional internet is down, that is a speed of 0. I'm returning the starlink. Even with the higher reliability, i can't justify paying the same price for one-tenth the speed. If i didn't usually have a reliable connection or if speeds in my area were only 2-3 times faster than starlink, I'd probably keep starlink.

Have had the protection and never have a problem if I need service. Everyone is able and very willing to help.

This is way better than everyone else's warranty junk.

best safe bet we have ever invested in. If you are a tech person or buy any tech equipment this is a must have. We continue to save because of this program

In the first year we must have taken four devices in for service and received close to $1,000 worth of service for our $199 fee. The second and third seasons we've used it less, but had reduced fees for an on-site computer repair call, and reduced fees for installing our Samsung "Frame" video screen/display unit. And, we've enjoyed discounts on our purchases, and extended warranties. Overall, very good value!!

Best Buy Protection plan is incredible if you buy a lot of products.

I didn’t have the protection on my last tv and I learned my lesson. My tv went out and it was cheaper to buy a new tv than to fix the old one.

Totally worth it. Yes is an extra payment however we already had an issue with oir iphone and free installation for a new fridge I recommended is a plus
