I'd say, like all insurance, it's about piece of mind. I haven't had to utilize the coverage but the cost is much lower than if something blows. With a 60" tv, computers, phones, iPads all that adds up. This keeps it simple and straightforward.

This printer is a workhorse indeed. It was very easy to setup and install on my network. The ink is very easy to replace too.

The store staff is great.. but if a mistake has been made then the online staff and quickly take care of it and make sure you get what is correct and you need.. no questions no hassle .. thanks

Best Buy is hands down the best place to go for in person tech shopping - having this protection in place insures every purchase you make so you don't have to agonize over getting the additional protection - it's included! In the first year we must have taken four devices in for service and received close to $1,000 worth of service for our $199 fee. The second and third seasons we've used it less, but had reduced fees for an on-site computer repair call, and reduced fees for installing our Samsung "Frame" video screen/display unit. And, we've enjoyed discounts on our purchases, and extended warranties. Overall, very good value!!

Take it with bestbuy membership and make all your devices hassle free

At first we did not like how this item did not have the usual new covers for the plug the plug itself was bent. We bought new not open package. The microwave works well good choices size is great.

I'm very satisfied with Best Buy Total Tech membership with upgrading my Asus Vivobook 15 for the Razer Blade 14 sometime next year. Worth every dollar

I have made use of my Best Buy plan on multiple occasions and at considerable savings to out of pocket expenses on repairs. Several tv repairs, a refrigerator repair, and dish washer repair. One issue is all I needed to more than cover the cost of the plan.

Having the Best Buy protection is great in case anything goes wrong!
