I bought the 2 yr. protection plan when I first bought the Ear Buds a year ago. A year later, the right one started making a buzzing noise that was constant. I took them back into Best Buy and they immediatley exchanged them for a new pair. I actually thought I wouldn't need the plan but was grateful that I had purchased it.

Total tech free 2 year warranty will add up if you continue to use it on Best Buy products. Best Buy mobile app does actually offer good deals and price drops. Additionally found a extra savings for my aunts laptop.

There is never enough room to say how awesome Total Tech is. I have given gifts of tech to my family and they in-turn are under my plan for the items I gifted. I have sat in the store waiting for my car enhancements and actually shared the benefits with a customer who in-turn became a member, that's how I feel about total tech.

I have had every iteration of this plan for 6 years, and love it. Not only have I saved hundreds of dollars each year, the convenience of the the services has been worth the subscription every year. With the free, and sometimes same day, shipping it has been a life saver. Also the discounts on products and services has beeen great.
