Great buy for the buck, great quality and very easy to use!

There is never enough room to say how awesome Total Tech is. I have given gifts of tech to my family and they in-turn are under my plan for the items I gifted. I have sat in the store waiting for my car enhancements and actually shared the benefits with a customer who in-turn became a member, that's how I feel about total tech.

I vary rarely rate protection plans but this one saved my xps butt. My board fried and the dell support replaced with the wrong processor, but the manager used the plan to get me a brand new laptop. Also the apple care rocks too that comes with it

Great quality for the price, set up was easy The picture Is great, with HDM I plugs and a DIP plug. My son loves this.

I have had every iteration of this plan for 6 years, and love it. Not only have I saved hundreds of dollars each year, the convenience of the the services has been worth the subscription every year. With the free, and sometimes same day, shipping it has been a life saver. Also the discounts on products and services has beeen great.

It’s a good but it broke on the screen and they will not replace of even fix it no help at all just told me to get a new one to pay full price

Great product that’s been a life saver. Sometimes there’s weird glitches with the connection but over all this has been an amazing and worth while product. Definitely worth the price and peace of mind, keep in mind there’s a yearly subscription too which helps but not required.

I think this protection is the best and a no brainer. I can't count the times I've had issues with one device or the other and if I didn't have this protection I would have had to spend more out of pocket to fix said issues. It's worth it definitely recommend

Like the added mental comfort of some of the items in the program however I'm a Samsung Andriod user and would like to see a la-carte where I can replace Apple protection for something I can use like free TV mount installation.

Good-2 years of protection for under $200 Definitely worth the cost incase of accidents.

It is a great concept and convenience to run your irrigation from your phone. And it also is forward thinking to have your watering schedule adjusted based on weather in your area. However, it isn't the easiest or most accurate controller to configure to your landscape and/or weather especially if a zone consists of both slopes and flat landscape, sun and shade. I also don't like when the program notifies me that it isn't going to run because of a recent rain which I wouldn't want it to, then reverses that after you go to bed so you don't realize it's running at 4:00 am and half the zones have run before you wake up. The help desk is extremely knowledgeable and easy to reach but the phone connection is so poor along with the offshore agents' accent that I just give up trying to get help. My son loves his but he doesn't have an acreage like we do and has less zones to run and less variable conditions in his landscape zones. He is also younger, so the technology is easier to assimilate although our irrigation man is young and doesn't love the Rachio.
