I have had to use Best Buy Totaltech a couple times now and the feature has proved to be worthwhile. However, I am concerned that when the current plan rolls to the knew one that the feature set will not be as good as it is today. Sad that the package is being changed but it has been great up to the change.

The microwaves is big enough for the size I needed but it does not last. It stop working and nothing get warm after many attempts. I will be returning it to Best and return here to tell you guys on how it is handled by best buy. It has 2 yrs warranty ending 5/13/2025 however, I did not start using it until after 5 months after purchased. The cheaper microwaves less than 100$ lasted more than this expensive microves.

Have been under protection plan for several years. Great installation service, follow-up and 2 years protection have get me coming back time and time again… maybe too much! Too many of the staff at this particular store recognize us when my daughter and I come in…

Might be the best money we have ever spent on technology! Best Buy has covered us in two different states and two homes. They have stood behind each of our items and taken care of any issues that have come up! We couldn't be more satisfied with the product. Excellent!

I have been purchasing protection plans offered by Best Buy for a number of items I’ve purchased there in the past. I’ve only had to call for service very few times and in those times whatever was malfunctioning was immediately addressed and taken care of by Best Buy techs.

the best Buy monthly protection program pays for itself if you ever have an issue. I know, I had a few things replaced after 30 days and saved me a ton of time and money

The protection plan is very good especially because we have a son who is always throwing things at our electronics. We have been able to get replacement due to issues that affect the product. Good to have, again especially when many people are using the electronics

Excellent product, camera is very clear and audio is clear. Doorbell chime works great, door lock works great , easy to install and internal storage option works great. Definitely happy with my purchase and have already recommended to friends.

As far as this subscription goes its good to know that i get my warranty extended on certain products and that if anything breaks under this subscription its covered its a good way to know that in case of something happens you got good coverage on all your products you bought under this protection plan

Everyone should have this service! This is the best protection plan and everyone should enroll in this plan.
