Definitely would recommend for anyone that shops at Best Buy to get this insurance plan gor all their purchases

Highly recommend getting the protection plan for every item you purchase. It always comes in handy when your item messes up. Very inexpensive.

So glad i purchased this protection plan. Has actually saved me money over the year since I have made several significant purchases. Service has been great. On time. Service crew knowledgeable and courteous. Worth the money from several perspectives.

The protection plan used to be fantastic—so much so that it was a major factor in where I bought my electronics. I’ve been subscribed for years, confident that if something went wrong, I’d be taken care of. Recently, my work laptop developed an issue, and Best Buy refused to honor the plan I originally purchased. Instead, I was told about a new version of the plan—one that now includes a “service fee” and far less coverage. On top of that, I’ve been without my laptop, which is vital for my job, for weeks. The plan has gone from a great value to sub-par at best. Add in the fact that you no longer earn Best Buy points unless you use their credit card, and the customer value has dropped even further. As soon as I get my laptop back, I’ll be canceling my protection plan—and I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch, and while my business may not hurt Best Buy, refusing to support them is the only recourse I have.

Best buy protection has been the ease of mind i have needed any time that I purchase anything new! Highly recommend and wo derful if you ever need to use!

I always add the protection plan from Best Buy just to be able to have a location I can take my device to and speak with someone face to face.

Love protection plan by Best Buy. I have used it on severl occasion. They take care of everything.

I have made use of my Best Buy plan on multiple occasions and at considerable savings to out of pocket expenses on repairs. Several tv repairs, a refrigerator repair, and dish washer repair. One issue is all I needed to more than cover the cost of the plan.

I only buy drones from Best Buy because they have this warranty. It's better than the DJI warranty because of the cost and ease of use. I won't buy a drone without a warranty because I have learned drones really don't cope with crashes well. They break 9/10 incidents.

Its works like it should. Blows out cold air and coils my van down quickly.

I have had to use Best Buy Totaltech a couple times now and the feature has proved to be worthwhile. However, I am concerned that when the current plan rolls to the knew one that the feature set will not be as good as it is today. Sad that the package is being changed but it has been great up to the change.

So far, so good! Speakers are nice looking, and the sound quality is strong and clear.

Best buy has gotten real great to shop with, am excited to see what they have in store for the future.

I love knowing my purchases are protected for everything I buy. Why buy anywhere else and pay for extra protection and have to keep up with it.

It is great just to walk into the store purchase something and know that it’s covered. Was easily set up and working and no time. There was no wait at the register. I have used warranty services before and was surprised by the easy turnaround.

Love the protection I get from Best Buy, I don't have to worry if something fails I know I'm protected.
