I have been purchasing protection plans offered by Best Buy for a number of items I’ve purchased there in the past. I’ve only had to call for service very few times and in those times whatever was malfunctioning was immediately addressed and taken care of by Best Buy techs.

The JBL soundbar is awesome. The young ladies that set it up did a great job in just a couple of minutes.

They total protection plan is the best. I have used it a couple time and no problem

Beginning to enjoy Google assistant better than Alexa. Phillips Hue lights with Hue Bridge and Smartthings hub were captured immediately and seamlessly without creating routing or skills. I wanted to share that this is the way Alexa should work. Currently, i am switching away from Alexa.

We are very pleased with the product. It took a lot longer to get here than we expected.

24 months protection feels good to have a plan in place on an expensive purchase. I haven’t had to use it as of yet .

We purchase all of our electronics at Best Buy. Best Price, warranty, service and friendly always. Love, love, love Best Buy. Prices better than Spencer’s also Service is better than Spencer’s.

The protection plan is very good especially because we have a son who is always throwing things at our electronics. We have been able to get replacement due to issues that affect the product. Good to have, again especially when many people are using the electronics

This product is worth its weight in gold! With all of our electronics I wouldn’t be without it! Great value for the money for those of us who tend to be challenged with computers.

It is a great concept and convenience to run your irrigation from your phone. And it also is forward thinking to have your watering schedule adjusted based on weather in your area. However, it isn't the easiest or most accurate controller to configure to your landscape and/or weather especially if a zone consists of both slopes and flat landscape, sun and shade. I also don't like when the program notifies me that it isn't going to run because of a recent rain which I wouldn't want it to, then reverses that after you go to bed so you don't realize it's running at 4:00 am and half the zones have run before you wake up. The help desk is extremely knowledgeable and easy to reach but the phone connection is so poor along with the offshore agents' accent that I just give up trying to get help. My son loves his but he doesn't have an acreage like we do and has less zones to run and less variable conditions in his landscape zones. He is also younger, so the technology is easier to assimilate although our irrigation man is young and doesn't love the Rachio.

I've only had this for a short period of time but know that if there is a need, we're covered.

I have used the protection plan! Dvd went on the frits! Gave me a brand new DVD Player!

Really glad that we got the Best Buy protection. Has been a lifesaver on a few products that we've purchased.

Already had to use this unfortunately. Had an issue with a prebuilt pc I purchased but thankfully I was able to just trade it in with no problem.

I appreciate the 24 month protection that is provided as a member. Just one less thing to worry about!

With our Total Tech/Geek Squad program in place I have no fears when I have an issue with a product under your care. Many times the issue can be solved just by bringing our item to the tech team in our store. All the time we are waited upon with very cordial and knowledgeable presonnel/ agents.

Excellent product, camera is very clear and audio is clear. Doorbell chime works great, door lock works great , easy to install and internal storage option works great. Definitely happy with my purchase and have already recommended to friends.

Best Buy protection is the best! Any issues, they except replacement or returns no questions asked.
