I love Best Buy Protection. It gives me peace of mind that I won't get caught with a major issue.

Please don't buy anything without this protection. It has never failed me and with kids in my home, I have used this protection plan with no issues.

This here is quite the deal. You get all the protection when you buy items form Best Buy plus you get extended return times on items and free installation of TVs being mounted

Peace of mind when you buy expensive but untested/finicky Samsung appliances like high tech fridges and dryers (AI really?) so I KNOW these things are going to fail in less than 24 months.

2nd one purchased great sound bar no issues with set up- and clear surround sound.

The installation of the tv on the wall was fine. The only thing rhat needs to be re-done is hiding the cords. I purchased a bar to cover the cords, but more work needs to be done.

2 years of coverage on everything for being a member is well worth the yearly cost.

I have the total geek membership but this just gives that extra protection. I like having the protection because I have had to use it alot over the years and I am relaxed knowing I have that protection.

Works great and looks so sleek with the hardware ! We love that you can check to see if your door is locked from the phone. Added bonus that you can give temporary codes to friends and family stopping in to let the dog out.

I get BB Protections as it covers any issues I have with my tech stuff. It's a great service for me, an elderly gal who needs a lot of help! I have confidence in this product.

This plan saved me from a TCL TV with defective software. The manufacturer was beating around the bush but Best Buy's Total Tech stepped up. The Geek Squad came out and verified my issues and offered me an exchange for a new LG TV crediting me the full amount I had spent on the defective TV. I can't recommend this plan enough.

Recommended for those not tech savvy! I am not tech savvy so for me, at least this gives me the peace of mind that when I have a problem with a computer or tv for example, I will be covered. Was super helpful when I received a defective ASUS laptop (died 2 days after I used it) and was replaced with no hassle at all!

Love that this will cover everything we bought that day as well as our future purchases.
