Best purchase I made in a long time!! I have used this several times and have been so grateful, I have told others to make sure they purchase tech items at Best Buy and get this protection. Well worth the money.

Great plan, and it covers all my needs! Saves money!

This plan saved me from a TCL TV with defective software. The manufacturer was beating around the bush but Best Buy's Total Tech stepped up. The Geek Squad came out and verified my issues and offered me an exchange for a new LG TV crediting me the full amount I had spent on the defective TV. I can't recommend this plan enough.

It works great and easy to setup small enough and doesn’t take too much room

This printer is a workhorse indeed. It was very easy to setup and install on my network. The ink is very easy to replace too.

It is good to have this protection especially with a subwoofer. My last one went out so I have to come buy this new one.

Recommended for those not tech savvy! I am not tech savvy so for me, at least this gives me the peace of mind that when I have a problem with a computer or tv for example, I will be covered. Was super helpful when I received a defective ASUS laptop (died 2 days after I used it) and was replaced with no hassle at all!

Comes standard being a Total Tech Support member. Whenever I need to use it on any defective or problematic product I’ve purchased, it’s never let me down! Whether you’re a Total Tech member or not, Geek Squad service protection plans are a must have.

Why would you NOT get protection? Things are not made the way they used to. Protect your investment!!!

I have returned 2 printers Everyone was very kind and help ful helping me pick out the last printer. Ir seems I needed more horsepower. I purchased a HP Laser Jet. Newest model The Geek squad came right out woth the delivery and hooked it up for me Great customer service

A great bargain ! Though the initial $179 may seem steep, we've already saved over$1100 in purchases and installations, warranty repairs and discounts on merchandise. I wouldn't ever be without one.

Love it very useful for loading additional software

This protection plan is the greatest. I don't have to worry now about getting setups on any new equipment and if something happens to go wrong I can just take the item back to the store to the geek squad there or handle it on the phone.

aving protection is the best thing you can do. You never know if you when you will need it and the geek squad is great!
