I have purchased this product yearly for quite a while now. The service has always been excellent and the price is worth it if only for that. However, I have always saved more that the purchase price on additional sale prices and delivery fee discounts. All my appliances now come from Best it and they are all covered

Glad I decided to buy this plan, because the speaker system that I purchased several weeks before went on sale. I was able to get the difference of the price refunded, which was almost $300. Had I not had been covered, I would have just been out of luck ! Essentially the plan paid for itself.

Very powerful speakers. Sounds great right off the back, no adjustments made yet and they sound amazing. I am still upgrading the AMP. I will add DSP and tune them professionally not that they need any turning just power, but my front components do. I probably should off bought two sets of them instead so no need to worry about tuning speakers, because they really are perfect for their power and quality.

Best Buy has one of the best most comprehensive plans around. Some items I will only buy from Best Buy.

I used to always purchase the extended warranty on most open boxed items I get at Best Buy. Last September when I was purchasing my 85 inch Neo Qled the team member told me about this new program. Now ALL the products I buy at Best Buy are covered! No more buying individual protection plans!

As someone who worked at Best Buy back in the day, I may be a little biased.. but this offering is likely the best BBY has come out with. Buying Totaltech and getting the protection subscription is a GAME CHANGER. Yes, paying yearly isn't ideal, but subscriptions are becoming status quo for many software and hardware vendors. Best Buy has won me over with this plan, as it carries a lot of value and perks.

It’s nice and sleek. Diffuses light well and the colors blend well like you would expect from a hue product. They turn almost all the way around and glide smoothly. There is a small space where they will not angle but that should be fine. For the purpose I needed, I did find the play gradient strip that’s twice the length and half the price (as open box refurb- practically new) to be more suitable so I will return these. But they definitely have a niche use and if they work well for what you need and you can afford it, cool. If I purchase in the future I’d wait for a price drop.

I love the idea of protection for the items I purchase, being under one plan. One of the main reasons I make my big purchases from big buy The free installation is also a plus and the geek squad will always give you a demonstration (if applicable) on how to operate your new purchase.

Thank goodness for total protection! My 65” I believe bit the dust, it just quit and that surprised me. Geek Squad coming in 2 days. But, the wait time for this appt is more than it should be. I don’t think they (Best Buy) believe it’s the TV. Well, we shall see.
