I have purchased this product yearly for quite a while now. The service has always been excellent and the price is worth it if only for that. However, I have always saved more that the purchase price on additional sale prices and delivery fee discounts. All my appliances now come from Best it and they are all covered

We purchased this microwave to replace one that has been in use over 20 years now. The reason for this particular microwave is that all of our appliances are the GE Profile line and we needed the microwave to fit into the built in space where the old one was. Right out of the box, the button to open the door did not work. Even after exercising it many times, it did not make any difference. My husband ultimately put in small bumper pads at the top of the door which allowed the mechanism to operate. A second item of note is that the pre-programmed buttons don't seem to work very well. The popcorn setting in particular doesn't sense the steam and burns the popcorn. Our complaint is simple... why change from the old design, when it just worked? We changed out as many parts as we could to keep our old one going and at some point the parts were outpricing a new model but it's disappointing that the new model is not as good as the old. We still have a short window in which to decide if it needs to go back, so we will be making a decision soon.

Great, had this same refrigerator prior and decided to get a another one.

Thank goodness for total protection! My 65” I believe bit the dust, it just quit and that surprised me. Geek Squad coming in 2 days. But, the wait time for this appt is more than it should be. I don’t think they (Best Buy) believe it’s the TV. Well, we shall see.

Glad I decided to buy this plan, because the speaker system that I purchased several weeks before went on sale. I was able to get the difference of the price refunded, which was almost $300. Had I not had been covered, I would have just been out of luck ! Essentially the plan paid for itself.

The price is stiff, but i consider it a bargain for anyone who makes a lot of purchases. I capitalize off of it, using free intallations, free deliveries, and of course it is great to have the option to trade in or return my tech, up to 60 days out. Most recently, I was able to return a tv which reveled software issues a month later, long after a typical return policy period.

The total tech (not sure what they call it now) has been very useful! They send out a tech agent right away if you appliance or electronic device is having issues. I was also able to exchange my very expensive espresso machine.

Even though it wasn't my fault the initial one was damaged in delivery... I was grateful to have this. I was injured, so it took a minute to actually open the box, only to find it shattered. If I didnt have the plan, I believe they still would have found me outside of the replacement window if I correctly understood. Luckily, I had purchased the plan the day I got all my new PC equipment. So, in the end Im happy.

I love the idea of protection for the items I purchase, being under one plan. One of the main reasons I make my big purchases from big buy The free installation is also a plus and the geek squad will always give you a demonstration (if applicable) on how to operate your new purchase.
