I purchased this because i wanted the extra warranty protection and the discount when purchasing the tv but i didnt know when you cancel this the warranties are no longer valid. This is misleading to roping you in to keeping your warranty.

You should allow ZERO Stars. Purchased TV, Mounting, Delivery and Installation. Text alerts updated 3X for expectancy. Went from All day- to Mid day- to be there in 15 minutes before arrival-we are on our way>? Had to Prep and review checklist. Early A.M TV Came. 2 Guys shove TV in the door. They don't have Mounting and said I didn't order installation. They are not trying to hear me. They gotta go even though they admitted I was the only delivery for the day. Must have other things to do, I guess. Told me they could not take the TV back(while discussing in doorway. It was not in my house) because they told their Manager they delivered it already. Great system. Full of honor. Mounting came later and left at front door. WHERE IS THE INSTALLATION>?>?>?>? "ohh I don't know miss. you gotta call"! Took time from work. Hurried the hell up for delivery to look at boxes taking up space and no mounted TV. You really really really got to LOVE Best BUY to do business on a large scale with them or not have much to do with your time. I DON'T.

Never have I hated anything as much as I do this printer! When I want/need a copy, I want it NOW. I do not want to wait 3-4 minutes while the printer does "printer maintenance." Evidently this is not the printer for a household that only prints sporadically. They have created this printer to "clean the jets" after the printer has been idle for a day or two. Furthermore, this printer wakes up at nine, 10, 11 PM at night to do further maintenance or count how many copies you've made in the day? Nonetheless when the printer wakes up, you'll wake up too! it's that loud. I have called HP and their answer was to sell me a new one. This is no reflection on Best Buy this is an HP issue. So unless you print continuously--save your sanity and pass on this printer

Ordered a new Cricut Maker 3 but looks like I received a used one. If you look at the images you can see the evidence of a previously used/opened box. I reached out to customer service and received a partial refund of $19 based on this, but not what I was expecting. I shop at BestBuy all the time and never had an issue like this before. I asked the chat system if I can open the pacakge to ensure everything was inside of it and it appears to be, however, the plastic film around the machine was definitely ripped open. I am reluctantly keeping the package as I am afraid that I will be blamed for the ruined/mangled box and wont receive a full refund. I also just canceled my BestBuy Total membership so I feel like I wont get the same level of protection. Would rate higher once I try the product but very disappointed with my experience so far.

The admin page continues to lock up. There is no way to manage any parental controls when this happens. So, the only solution is to reboot the router. This happens every 4 to 9 days. I would recommend getting another route if managing your devices is something you do daily. The wireless range is fantastic and will cover an 1800 sq ft home with ease.
