At first we did not like how this item did not have the usual new covers for the plug the plug itself was bent. We bought new not open package. The microwave works well good choices size is great.

Works great and looks so sleek with the hardware ! We love that you can check to see if your door is locked from the phone. Added bonus that you can give temporary codes to friends and family stopping in to let the dog out.

Even though it wasn't my fault the initial one was damaged in delivery... I was grateful to have this. I was injured, so it took a minute to actually open the box, only to find it shattered. If I didnt have the plan, I believe they still would have found me outside of the replacement window if I correctly understood. Luckily, I had purchased the plan the day I got all my new PC equipment. So, in the end Im happy.

Have only used the protection plan twice over the years, but was easy and haggling over what and what was not covered.

Like the added mental comfort of some of the items in the program however I'm a Samsung Andriod user and would like to see a la-carte where I can replace Apple protection for something I can use like free TV mount installation.

We always purchase the extended 5 yr warranty Our big Best buy products. Washer/dryer, TVs, refrigerators, and stove top. It does cost extra, but worth it when you have to have service calls.

I can't recommend this coverage highly enough. It's proved a godsend to me on many occasions. How grateful I am for Best Buy's "Geek Squad's" patient, conscientious & customer-friendly service!
