Best Buy protection is the best! Any issues, they except replacement or returns no questions asked.

I have the total geek membership but this just gives that extra protection. I like having the protection because I have had to use it alot over the years and I am relaxed knowing I have that protection.

We always purchase the extended 5 yr warranty Our big Best buy products. Washer/dryer, TVs, refrigerators, and stove top. It does cost extra, but worth it when you have to have service calls.

Always a yes to protection for any electronic device for my rule if over $250. The value is there and the protection is worth it for at least the first 3 to 3 years!

This device has helped my wifi tremendously. Before the decide the wifi signal in the second floor and in the master bedroom was very spotty, now we have no problem . Definitely recommend if your wifi is not the best in certain areas or the house

Upgraded from the Beam gen 1 and the clarity is crystal clear.

I have relied on the Geek Squad for years to solve all my tech issues. I've called them to help with everything from my Roku set up, to my printer, to two generations of Macbooks, including setting up my newest Macbook Air 15 inch model. They have always come through for me.

I am so glad I bought the protection for the products I bought at a very good price. I have had to use these protections in the past, I have been very satisfied with the services I have received from all the departments I had to speak with in order to receive my replacement.

It is good to have this protection especially with a subwoofer. My last one went out so I have to come buy this new one.

No matter if it is in the store or if you have in home install service done, they go above and beyond. When they did my computer install in my home, the installer even went back to the store and got things I needed and returned the same day to install them and I never had to go into the store for it, All done in home. THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Protection is always welcomed! Best Buy once again continues to look out for their customers with this service offered. Props to them and I am very impressed by the coverage. Highly recommend if you are purchasing something quite pricey!
