Best item i have bought from Best Buy. I have had a few small problems but they took care of and had great help.

The Best Buy total tech is worth every penny it covers a lot of the items you purchases at the store. It’s worth price. You get the 60days return plus so much more. plus geek squad were you take back the item and they will any device at no cost. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Pretty good quality, looks really nice, and bang for the buck. Good for productivity use, plus the webOS is a nice to have feature. Only reason not a 5 start is the setup of WebOS was pretty annoying.

I highly recommend getting Best Buy Protection, certainly keep tract of buys and the extra perks are amazing.

After needing to use this for my tv it really showed the value of having this protection

No matter if it is in the store or if you have in home install service done, they go above and beyond. When they did my computer install in my home, the installer even went back to the store and got things I needed and returned the same day to install them and I never had to go into the store for it, All done in home. THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Having electronic protection for all my items is great because I don’t have worry about having the money for a repair bill if something goes wrong with any of my devices. Even having periodical maintance to assure there is no viruses or malware on my computer is again helpful because it allows me to have a device checked without the financial worry.

Extended warranties are a great idea for printers. These days, printers are not the quality they used to be; and my most recent printer stopped working after only 8 months of use. Best Buy was stellar in the return process and their staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with locating a replacement that would work for my needs.

As a total tech member, I get extended protection on all my items. I love the extra peace of mind.

I sure hope my whole year of protection was not returned. Hope it was just canceled for the LCD screen I just returned and not the other items I bought.

Worth it for peace of mind! Best Buy will take care of you when you need it. The employees are always wonderful to work with. I have never had any issues. Always add the Best Buy protection if you have the chance.

The bestbuy total tech program is a life saver, knowing the fact that your items and electronics are protected by a 2 year warranty is so relieving. You also get 2 month returns if you don’t like the item or don’t see the need for it

Cameras worked excellent! Would recommend to anyone! I bought for my dad because he would never have his phone on him. So I now can see him and talk to him, when he doesn’t have his phone on him.

Included with the annual membership, that’s a no brainer if you’re going to purchase more than one phone, computer, tablet, household appliance! Amazing deal!!
