So Best Buy’s total tech program covers EVERYTHING you buy from them. I bought a drone from them and didnt need to buy the protection plan. So after 3 months of use I accidentally hit a tree with it. Brought the drone back to the store and it was covered. Thank god for the total tech and the in store’s warranty.

I not only purchase a Best Buy protection plan for ALL of my electronic items but also Highly Recommend their Geek Squad protection plans. If something breaks or if it's even dropped and damaged, coverage repairs it!

I purchased & had installed in-store a radio combo and was not happy with the quality of the 1st brand so they cheerfully allowed me to upgrade & removed that one then installed my Pioneer & as ALWAYS I am satisfied with the treatment and quality received..I like the idea I can go back with ANY problems - IF they develop at anytime...

The microwaves is big enough for the size I needed but it does not last. It stop working and nothing get warm after many attempts. I will be returning it to Best and return here to tell you guys on how it is handled by best buy. It has 2 yrs warranty ending 5/13/2025 however, I did not start using it until after 5 months after purchased. The cheaper microwaves less than 100$ lasted more than this expensive microves.

Again, It's a protection plan with great value. Peace of mind if I ever need it
