So Best Buy’s total tech program covers EVERYTHING you buy from them. I bought a drone from them and didnt need to buy the protection plan. So after 3 months of use I accidentally hit a tree with it. Brought the drone back to the store and it was covered. Thank god for the total tech and the in store’s warranty.

I would say Should get protection especially spending on expensive items.

Best Buy total protection plan is the best purchase I ever make. Not being tech inclined, I need a lot of problem solving help. The technicians are always extremely helpful.
