Fantastic Deal with the Membership! Adding in the security of a service plan is genius!

Best Buy Protection plan is the best protection plan on the market. The ease to handle issues is excellent. Best buy has exceptional customer service and issues are resolved completely and immediately.

Haven't had to use the warranties yet, but love that every electronic you buy is automatically insured, including Apple products. Would be awesome if Best Buy adds more perks related to product releases. With Game Stop, if you're a pro member you get first access to hard-to-come-by items like consoles etc. It would be awesome if Best Buy adds this to the perks of Total Tech.

These protection plans are very useful and great to have especially when you purchase big price items.

I was very pleased with the service but Best Buy through a wrench in the works now they want you to pay for a service call and I am a total Tech we should have been grandfathered in to the old ways so I felt a little on the screwed side

This protection is a must have. Things break when you least expect it and usually do outside the 1 year warranty period. Best buy's warranty protection is the best for electronics on the market right now.
