Great peace of mind knowing this is included. Saved me from buying AppleCare for my new iPad

Never have I hated anything as much as I do this printer! When I want/need a copy, I want it NOW. I do not want to wait 3-4 minutes while the printer does "printer maintenance." Evidently this is not the printer for a household that only prints sporadically. They have created this printer to "clean the jets" after the printer has been idle for a day or two. Furthermore, this printer wakes up at nine, 10, 11 PM at night to do further maintenance or count how many copies you've made in the day? Nonetheless when the printer wakes up, you'll wake up too! it's that loud. I have called HP and their answer was to sell me a new one. This is no reflection on Best Buy this is an HP issue. So unless you print continuously--save your sanity and pass on this printer

I purchased this because i wanted the extra warranty protection and the discount when purchasing the tv but i didnt know when you cancel this the warranties are no longer valid. This is misleading to roping you in to keeping your warranty.

You should allow ZERO Stars. Purchased TV, Mounting, Delivery and Installation. Text alerts updated 3X for expectancy. Went from All day- to Mid day- to be there in 15 minutes before arrival-we are on our way>? Had to Prep and review checklist. Early A.M TV Came. 2 Guys shove TV in the door. They don't have Mounting and said I didn't order installation. They are not trying to hear me. They gotta go even though they admitted I was the only delivery for the day. Must have other things to do, I guess. Told me they could not take the TV back(while discussing in doorway. It was not in my house) because they told their Manager they delivered it already. Great system. Full of honor. Mounting came later and left at front door. WHERE IS THE INSTALLATION>?>?>?>? "ohh I don't know miss. you gotta call"! Took time from work. Hurried the hell up for delivery to look at boxes taking up space and no mounted TV. You really really really got to LOVE Best BUY to do business on a large scale with them or not have much to do with your time. I DON'T.

The admin page continues to lock up. There is no way to manage any parental controls when this happens. So, the only solution is to reboot the router. This happens every 4 to 9 days. I would recommend getting another route if managing your devices is something you do daily. The wireless range is fantastic and will cover an 1800 sq ft home with ease.

Ordered a new Cricut Maker 3 but looks like I received a used one. If you look at the images you can see the evidence of a previously used/opened box. I reached out to customer service and received a partial refund of $19 based on this, but not what I was expecting. I shop at BestBuy all the time and never had an issue like this before. I asked the chat system if I can open the pacakge to ensure everything was inside of it and it appears to be, however, the plastic film around the machine was definitely ripped open. I am reluctantly keeping the package as I am afraid that I will be blamed for the ruined/mangled box and wont receive a full refund. I also just canceled my BestBuy Total membership so I feel like I wont get the same level of protection. Would rate higher once I try the product but very disappointed with my experience so far.

A great purchase considering it’s paid for its self in warranties already

I’ve tried to cool 400sq ft.using this portable air conditioner for two seasons. It only blows warm air in to my living space. At this time the warranty has expired and Best Buy has referred me to the manufacturer. I’m still trying to reach them. I recommend that you NOT BUY this product.

CarPlay functionality stopped working reliably after about three months. It will connect and then almost immediately drop CarPlay while continuing to charge. To get it working again, the cable needs to be unplugged from the phone and reconnected, but then the connection drops again quickly. Would not recommend, of the various CarPlay devices I’ve used this is the least reliable and most frustrating.

The scale is ok but pricey. Nothing special that would account for its exorbitant price except it appears to be of good quality. I don’t consider it that much of an improvement from my other Withings scale that would account for its price tag. I think though it might be more accurate than my older Withings scale but I'm not sure. I don’t see anything better out there. I have another very cheap scale (Etekcity) (about $30) that I need to wet my feet before getting on and that is a pain for usability. This scale is not like that. Most days, it takes my measurements and usually transfers but sometimes it says the measurements are inconclusive. I’m probably doing something wrong. I’m either standing incorrectly or not holding the bars at the proper angle. It does take a very long to take all my measurements - about 30-45 seconds. I would also like to see in the Withings app a better description of how all the measurements and scores are calculated so I know how to improve them. This is not provided in the pricey app. Despite its minor drawbacks, I’m basically happy with both Withings scales I’ve owned so I will definitely keep this one. Glad I got this scale at a discount. I think it’s worth it if you get it on sale.

I run a gaming and movie setup in a smaller living room and didn't want a giant soundbar dominating the space, so the AMBEO Mini was the perfect fit. Setup through the Sennheiser app was painless and the room calibration actually made a noticeable difference in how wide the soundstage feels. Dialogue in shows is crisp without me reaching for the remote, and games have real punch even without a sub. My one nit is that for heavy bass action movies you may still want to add the AMBEO Sub down the road. For anyone with a small to medium room who wants serious audio without the footprint, it is worth every penny.

I grabbed 2‑Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection and the Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) as a safety net for my recent electronics purchases, and for peace of mind it’s been worth it — especially at a lower monthly cost versus paying for a big one-time extended warranty. It covers accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and gives you another option beyond the manufacturer warranty if something goes sideways. What I like most is that if something breaks after the original warranty, Geek Squad will help repair or replace without having to stress about a huge repair bill. Most folks seem to recommend it and report being happy with the claims experience. The only minor things are that you need to keep paying monthly to maintain coverage, and like all warranties, there’s still a service fee when you file a claim — but for the added protection, I think it’s a solid value overall.

The Protection plan that best buy provides on all purchases has proven to be a great help for me all these years. I never had yo worry when there is an issue with any purchase from best buy with tge protection plan on. Since i am a member i get the protection plan included into my purchases and yes it is highly recommended. For 2 years there is a great amount of satusfaction using products with this plan on since i always am sure and assued that best buy is there to take care of my products and they have did as well. Great offer.

Exceptional service for installation and in-store sales and information

I really like this projection plan. I have several electronics that can be a bit pricey when totaled up. It gives me comfort to know that I have them on a plan that can keep them safe. I had to test the plan with a pair of headphones. The headphones started losing some of the quality sound, and this protection plan stepped up and helped me get a replacement pair. I'm glad I don't have to use this often, but it was great when I needed it!

I sont buy anythinf wirh best buy without it, it means exactly what it says every thing you buy is protected. The biggest problem doe me is the deductible. You can actually change it with each purchase but they dont play about giving you the exact amount your purchase cost. Worth it twice ovwr by now. The customer service bump ups though are disapointing though. You can tell total tech online is a third party company and they are so limited on how they can help you its usually a waste and you will wind up having to go instore 90% of the time.

I purchased the Starlink kit from Best Buy and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The product was available in-store, pickup was fast, and everything was packaged securely. Setup was surprisingly easy — within minutes I had reliable high-speed internet running in an area where traditional providers struggled.
