I’ve tried to cool 400sq ft.using this portable air conditioner for two seasons. It only blows warm air in to my living space. At this time the warranty has expired and Best Buy has referred me to the manufacturer. I’m still trying to reach them. I recommend that you NOT BUY this product.

A great purchase considering it’s paid for its self in warranties already

CarPlay functionality stopped working reliably after about three months. It will connect and then almost immediately drop CarPlay while continuing to charge. To get it working again, the cable needs to be unplugged from the phone and reconnected, but then the connection drops again quickly. Would not recommend, of the various CarPlay devices I’ve used this is the least reliable and most frustrating.

I grabbed 2‑Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection and the Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) as a safety net for my recent electronics purchases, and for peace of mind it’s been worth it — especially at a lower monthly cost versus paying for a big one-time extended warranty. It covers accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and gives you another option beyond the manufacturer warranty if something goes sideways. What I like most is that if something breaks after the original warranty, Geek Squad will help repair or replace without having to stress about a huge repair bill. Most folks seem to recommend it and report being happy with the claims experience. The only minor things are that you need to keep paying monthly to maintain coverage, and like all warranties, there’s still a service fee when you file a claim — but for the added protection, I think it’s a solid value overall.

Exceptional service for installation and in-store sales and information

I bought the Epson EcoTank and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my home office. The print quality is excellent, especially for black and white documents. The text comes out crisp and professional. The best part is the savings on ink. Not having to constantly buy cartridges makes a huge difference in expenses. The bottles last a very long time, and the refilling system is simple and clean. Setup was easy, and the Wi-Fi connection works flawlessly. I print frequently, and so far, I haven't had any problems. I definitely recommend it to anyone who prints a lot and wants to reduce costs in the long run.

Best Buy Could not have possible done any better honering their product protec tion plan. I had purchased a LG curved LCD which died after 9 months. i was able to make an appoint with geek squad very easily and on the same day, at the north haven store. I got stuck in the snow on the way , i callded and they kindly reschuled me for an hour later. Geek squad looked at my lcd and quickly made a decision to replace it for me. i can't thank best buy enough for treating me so well. Everyone innvolved were total professionals. In the future Best Buy will alaway be my first choice if i need anything computer related. Dan

I grabbed an iPad, Samsung TV, Dell laptop, and Nintendo at Best Buy as a bundle of essentials for home and travel. The iPad is my go-to for reading and quick tasks, while the Samsung TV has become the focal point of movie nights — very vibrant picture and helpful smart features. The Dell laptop replaced my old one seamlessly, with faster performance and longer battery life. The Nintendo console adds great entertainment — easy to set up, and fun for all ages. The only slight downside was juggling multiple accessories and cables, but that’s a small price for such a versatile set of devices. Overall, really pleased with the purchases!

I bought this as a Christmas gift and to say this screen is amazing would be an understatement x10. She had an okay led gaming monitor and the jump to OLED (ESPECIALLY for this price) is absolutely crazy. This panel is beautiful and installing it on her 100x100 monitor arm was a breeze. The only thing I'd highly yet politely recommend is that you get a monitor arm because the stand isn't great. The stand is definitely NOT be a reason to not get this though. This a good buy without the sale but it's an even better buy if you can catch it while it's on sale!

The claims process was straightforward and hassle-free, with responsive customer service that resolved everything within days. Electronics are a significant investment, and this plan covers scenarios beyond the manufacturer's warranty. The small monthly cost is nothing compared to potential repair expenses. I'm generally opposed to extended service plans on principle. However, if you're like me, who buys tech, phones, and TVs and also acts like tech support for an extended family, then the flat-rate Best Best Total protection plan makes some sense. You get all the extended warranties for no extra fee, including AppleCare+, 'drop it off and let them deal with it' for service issues, and other member sales and benefits. If you don't buy much or often, then perhaps it's not for you. For those who do, it's worth the yearly fee, in my opinion.

If you're like me and get basically all your electronics from Best Buy, the My Best Buy Total™ membership is worth it. I used to stress about buying individual protection plans for every single thing and needing to pay more for them, my laptop, my TV, tablet, etc. but now it’s all just covered under one plan.

The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro exceeded my expectations. The video quality is very clear, and thanks to the powerful floodlights and excellent night vision, even dark areas are well illuminated. Motion detection is accurate and notifications arrive instantly. Setup was easy and the app is user-friendly. A very successful product for home security — highly recommended.

The GEEK Squad protection plan is well worth the money. There hasn’t been a single year where t haven’t utilized the protection plan. We’ve been loyal Best Buy customers for nearly 45 years and always buy everything from TV’s to iPhone cases and everything in between.

I really like this product. It has a lot of punch for the system that I purchased it with, which is the Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 8. I purchase it for my bedroom, so I just needed something that handle bass rather. I am pleased with this purchase.
