    I was employed with Best Buy for a lengthy period and even though I am not employed there anymore I still keep the Totaltech valid. I would suggest to anyone that shops there to get and utilize it.

    Best Buy total protection plan is the best purchase I ever make. Not being tech inclined, I need a lot of problem solving help. The technicians are always extremely helpful.

    We needed a new surge protector went to Best Buy and bought it within 15 minutes by a very helpful salesman and we had it installed by a great geek squad guy. What a terrific service- the geek squad!
