This is a great plan with the exception of dealing with Samsung cell phones. They have different rules for the issues with their phones that are not consumer friendly and are very inconvenient. For example: if something happens to your phone screen that is a known issue, they will fix it buy you have to leave the phone with the Geek Squad for 3 weeks>

This plan covers all our purchases and provides piece of mind just in case we have an issue.

Excellent product for when you buy electronic, you don't have to worry about warranty because this warranty all electronics when you buy.

It is always a good idea to carry a protection plan just in case the unexpected happens. If you are wealthy maybe you can afford the unexpected. I would rather be prepared.

They have one of the best insurances and policies when it comes to replacements or repairs. I purchase insurance for every item that I buy through Best Buy. And they have always been great.

I have not had a chance to use it, but it's better to have and not need it than to need it and not have it. I hope i don't have to use it.

What can I say, my nephew loves his new curved monitor. Although, he wish he can adjust the height of the monitor because he has to put his gaming chair all the way up but he loves the clarity and the gaming features when playing his games.

A protection plan is only necessary when you need to use it. Fortunately, the quality of products we have got from Best Buy have kept us from needing to use this plan. However, we are confident that, if necessary, we have this!

Having the 24 month warranty is so worth it with all the items we purchase from Best Buy! Even the customer service if you need to get something replaced is easy and not stressful like other retail stores.

I shopped at several stores and Best Buy was the only one that offered install and friendly services. I am so happy that I was selected to work with the best buy team.
