I was so skeptical about purchasing a protection plan or additional warranty for any product; however, it works the way it says it works. A technician came to my house, set up my new laptop, printer, router and Apple TV. They set it up, if additional service is needed, they set up the service call. Technicians are friendly and professional.

Great Product for the price point. Netgear is very reliable brand for networking. Wi-Fi 6 is fast and stable. You save by having a modem/router combo

What can I say, my nephew loves his new curved monitor. Although, he wish he can adjust the height of the monitor because he has to put his gaming chair all the way up but he loves the clarity and the gaming features when playing his games.

I have had to use this on a few products as part of my total tech protection. Zero hassle! Zero complaints

When I bought my new Smart TV, we wanted it hung on the wall, The Sales person at BB recommended we purchase this for $200, and then that includes Geek Squad Delivering it and hanging it on the wall, Plus, anything you purchase get's covered under this as an extended warranty

This is a great plan with the exception of dealing with Samsung cell phones. They have different rules for the issues with their phones that are not consumer friendly and are very inconvenient. For example: if something happens to your phone screen that is a known issue, they will fix it buy you have to leave the phone with the Geek Squad for 3 weeks>

A protection plan is only necessary when you need to use it. Fortunately, the quality of products we have got from Best Buy have kept us from needing to use this plan. However, we are confident that, if necessary, we have this!

Love this car stereo I replaced the one that came with my 2008 Acura MDX because I wanted apple car play/Bluetooth due to all of my traveling it works great and easy to figure out how to use all of the features I would strongly suggest buying this one

This is the first time i have purchased a product like this. I am quite satisfied by how it works. It it has a learning curve to me being elderly. I have only had this product less than a month. The first week i set the alarm off myself, then my partner set it off a few days later. Always fun learning new things!

Great quality touch screen. Not crazy about the smaller volume toggles. Easily installed.

I feel good about having the Total Tech program to cover all of my Best Buy purchases.
