I was so skeptical about purchasing a protection plan or additional warranty for any product; however, it works the way it says it works. A technician came to my house, set up my new laptop, printer, router and Apple TV. They set it up, if additional service is needed, they set up the service call. Technicians are friendly and professional.

Cameras worked excellent! Would recommend to anyone! I bought for my dad because he would never have his phone on him. So I now can see him and talk to him, when he doesn’t have his phone on him.

This benefits coming with this plan have been eroding since I first bought it. The cost has been going up, so you get much less for more money. Now Best Buy doesn’t include the cost of installing a dash cam in my car. They want to charge me $179 for a service that has been included in the Plan. The annual plan doesn’t cost much more that that. I don’t plan to renew next time. I feel like their policy or business model is aimed at ripping folks off. What a terrible disappointment.

Best Buy Protection plan is the best protection plan on the market. The ease to handle issues is excellent. Best buy has exceptional customer service and issues are resolved completely and immediately.

This protection is a must have. Things break when you least expect it and usually do outside the 1 year warranty period. Best buy's warranty protection is the best for electronics on the market right now.

This is the first time i have purchased a product like this. I am quite satisfied by how it works. It it has a learning curve to me being elderly. I have only had this product less than a month. The first week i set the alarm off myself, then my partner set it off a few days later. Always fun learning new things!

I’ve bought a 75 inch Samsung TV, printers , two laptops etc from Best Buy. I also purchased the Total Tech warranty which is very handy. They set up all my equipment and installed a mesh WiFi system in the house. Great job and service

When I bought my new Smart TV, we wanted it hung on the wall, The Sales person at BB recommended we purchase this for $200, and then that includes Geek Squad Delivering it and hanging it on the wall, Plus, anything you purchase get's covered under this as an extended warranty
