Geek Squad Beats HP Support Hands Down

Great product!

I am quite satisfied by how it works. It it has a learning curve to me being elderly. I have only had this product less than a month. The first week i set the alarm off myself, then my partner set it off a few days later. Always fun learning new things!

sweet 24 month Protection with Total tech

Great protection plan (no worries)

Thankfully, since we had a protection plan… Best Buy was able to swap out defective tv and reinstall/replace with brand new tv with no head aches.

Protection for my Tech

But i hope that when the time does come, that it's an easy experience and not a hassle. I only got it to have my tech protected since I have a lot and well we all know how easy technology is to malfunction. Just grateful I have it available if necessary.

That’s what I call excellent customer service support protection!
