Great plan! I bought it when I bought my tv. I then purchased air pod pros and it had free Apple care as part of the protection. That alone was worth the yearly purchase!

Having the 24 month warranty is so worth it with all the items we purchase from Best Buy! Even the customer service if you need to get something replaced is easy and not stressful like other retail stores.

Pretty good quality, looks really nice, and bang for the buck. Good for productivity use, plus the webOS is a nice to have feature. Only reason not a 5 start is the setup of WebOS was pretty annoying.

I love my Best Buy Protection plan. We buy a good bit of different types of items through best buy and never had an issue with customer service nor issues with getting my products taken care of under this plan.

They have one of the best insurances and policies when it comes to replacements or repairs. I purchase insurance for every item that I buy through Best Buy. And they have always been great.

I was very pleased with the service but Best Buy through a wrench in the works now they want you to pay for a service call and I am a total Tech we should have been grandfathered in to the old ways so I felt a little on the screwed side

As a total tech member, I get extended protection on all my items. I love the extra peace of mind.

Best Protection Plan in the World. I've bought from competitors I will not name, and their protection plans always have some stipulation that has you going through the manufacturer 1st, which is a headache. Best Buy takes care of you direct.

So far so good.. I love this new program. You buy something new and it automatically gets added to the 2 year program. (One plan covers everything you buy.) I haven't had any replacement issues yet, so that end of the program is still untested, but I am sure Best Buy will follow through, their service is excellent.

I have not had to use it but have it if I need it. Good value.

I always get the back up plan! Great to have the extra coverage.

Nice to have confident health in the appliance department I came in on the Fourth of July and it was perfect. Everybody was at the beach but me.
