I made a mistake buying this piece of crap. My main, and only purpose was to use this as a photo frame for my thousands of photos that I have uploaded to amazon due to their free unlimited backup service for Prime members. This can act as a photo frame, but needs frequent taps on the screen to start the photo frame app that just times out randomly. In addition, this constantly bombards us with ads for their prime+ AI agent, that I have no intent to use. It shows the ad for that agent once for every 5 photos that it flashes in the photo frame app. In addition, there is no way to set the app to show each photo for more than a few seconds. Yes, I have tried all possible settings on this crap device. The hardware itself is fine, but the software is infuriating, and does not look like they tested it with any real users. Amazon needs to fire whoever approved the features on this device.

So far so good.. I love this new program. You buy something new and it automatically gets added to the 2 year program. (One plan covers everything you buy.) I haven't had any replacement issues yet, so that end of the program is still untested, but I am sure Best Buy will follow through, their service is excellent.

Everyone was polite and friendly as soon as I entered the door. My problem was taken care of and I left smiling. I enjoyed my visit!

In my opinion, this is one of the best investments anyone can make in their technology purchases that Best Buy offers. We have used the service several times and the "Geeks" who have come to our house for installations and maintenance services have been courteous, professional and thorough.

With constant purchases big and small all the time and the protection plan not always offered… it’s great to know I’m covered even if I forget about it. Has come in handy for several purchases already and it’s been to get items swapped out or worked on.

I never purchase anything from Best Buy without the protection plan. It makes me feel confident that if something goes wrong, I'm taken care of.
