Best Protection Plan in the World. I've bought from competitors I will not name, and their protection plans always have some stipulation that has you going through the manufacturer 1st, which is a headache. Best Buy takes care of you direct.

Purchased for our HP Printer. It stopped working two weeks after purchase. Took it back to Best Buy and they provided us with a new one. Today, product availability is limited, and what is available is "hit or miss". Not purchasing extra monthly protection would be like throwing your money away.

had to buy a new 10,000 BTU window AC cause my old one quit working - I don't like new appliances cause it seems they don't work as long and extended warranty can get expensive, I'm a Total Tech member so I get 24 month with it at no extra cost

I love my Best Buy Protection plan. We buy a good bit of different types of items through best buy and never had an issue with customer service nor issues with getting my products taken care of under this plan.

We are total tech members for 3 years running. We are older and this really helps us out knowing we have a handyman at our beck and call for advice, repairs and installation. Also for an additional $5, we get anti virus protection. We recommend to all of our friends
