I have total tech so the Best Buy warranty automatically comes with it. It is so easy to use. If you have a problem Geek Squad will either come out and trouble shoot or you can take it back to the store.

This is worth the cost of total tech alone if you own an iPhone. I have no idea why anyone complains about 180 bucks for discounts free shipping and bundled Apple care when the last item on the list retails for 150-350 dollars.

Had an LG TV fail about a month after I purchased it. It took a few visits to troubleshoot and replace the broken part. Great support from Best Buy to get it fixed. Very frustrating to have a new purchase break, but the silver lining was the Best Buy help getting it fixed in the end.

Wow, this has been a great purchase for me. I can say I purchase all of my electronics and anything that I can from Best Buy because of this program. They are very helpful and very accommodating when it comes to returns and fixing things love it.

I always buy the Best Buy protection. Devices eventually have issues after prolonged use and when you need this kind of service, it can be really expensive to fix the items without it.

I bought the Best Buy Monthly Protection Plan 2 years ago and wouldn't cancel for anything. My Mac, my phone, and my TV are all working top speed at home and get great discounts in the store. What more do you need?
