Excellent product for when you buy electronic, you don't have to worry about warranty because this warranty all electronics when you buy.

We bought a TV and few months later it had an issue. Thankfully, since we had a protection plan… Best Buy was able to swap out defective tv and reinstall/replace with brand new tv with no head aches.

It came in handy when i accidentally cracked my monitor screen. I simply took it into the store and they gave me a brand new replacement no questions asked. I was happily surprised.

Very much appreciated this when I’ve ran into virus’s on computers or repairs down to my vacuum!

They exchanged my 2019 Samsung TV for 2024 model due to tv going out. Very accommodating.

I have not used this service yet, thankfully I haven't had a need for it. But i hope that when the time does come, that it's an easy experience and not a hassle. I only got it to have my tech protected since I have a lot and well we all know how easy technology is to malfunction. Just grateful I have it available if necessary.

A warranty as expected. Usually don’t get them but decided to on this machine just in case.

The printer works well. Considering ink usage from my other printer, I get a lot of use out of them. (Granted, not as much as prior generations.) It works easily from my apps and PC.
