Great protection plan with great purpose for purchases.

I would say Should get protection especially spending on expensive items.

what can i say there is a reason I'm a total tech member and it's the saving-service-protection it provides me on all my purchases along with a 60-day return window that's unmatched by anyone else.

Had an LG TV fail about a month after I purchased it. It took a few visits to troubleshoot and replace the broken part. Great support from Best Buy to get it fixed. Very frustrating to have a new purchase break, but the silver lining was the Best Buy help getting it fixed in the end.

I believe the company that sells the products should give a protection. Thère is a fee for protection but I find it well worth it.

We were able to schedule a house call for the next day. The Geek Squad tech arrived on time and solved the problem in 20 minutes after HP support had failed 3 times.

The sales people at Best Buy were very helpful. I had specific needs when looking for a printer. They not only spent time when I looked over the selection, but they also offered to do some research if I wanted to come back the next day. This was the best service I have received in a long time.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I’m glad I can use these services at home and not just at the store. Would definitely recommend purchasing. Worth all the time and money you’ll save.
