Had an LG TV fail about a month after I purchased it. It took a few visits to troubleshoot and replace the broken part. Great support from Best Buy to get it fixed. Very frustrating to have a new purchase break, but the silver lining was the Best Buy help getting it fixed in the end.

This has paid off more than once for me. It’s well worth the money. I would recommend highly.

The sales people at Best Buy were very helpful. I had specific needs when looking for a printer. They not only spent time when I looked over the selection, but they also offered to do some research if I wanted to come back the next day. This was the best service I have received in a long time.

Worth every penny. Bought a 65” oled don’t know how but the screen cracked about a year after owning it. Called them. They sent someone over to look at it. Had a new one in five days.

Best money spent! I would have had to spend so much money without it.

I love my Best Buy Protection plan. Provides a safeguard against the unfortunate reality of decreased quality in products that you buy today.

The microwaves is big enough for the size I needed but it does not last. It stop working and nothing get warm after many attempts. I will be returning it to Best and return here to tell you guys on how it is handled by best buy. It has 2 yrs warranty ending 5/13/2025 however, I did not start using it until after 5 months after purchased. The cheaper microwaves less than 100$ lasted more than this expensive microves.

Total tech is totally worth it if you have many electronics

It is always a good idea to carry a protection plan just in case the unexpected happens. If you are wealthy maybe you can afford the unexpected. I would rather be prepared.

The sales team was amazing. I spent $7000. I should get the gift card but my sales person.

I will never ever ever live without my Best Buy protection plan. It is a game changer for someone who has technology anxiety lol. I am terrible with setting up electronics. These are top notch.
