    I most always purchase the extended protection. Best Buy has always stood behind the products I've purchased. plus being a Totaltech member I get the first two years for no additional charge.

    Had to send the soundbar out for repair, Best Buy changed $99 for shipping!

    This is such a good purchase I don’t regret it at all from the time approaches to the time of delivery everything went very smooth overall I am pleased with the purchase and Best Buy!

    We very happy with the totaltech protection plan that we purchased for the install and setup of our systems (TV, Speakers, etc.)

    Total Tech is the best consumer electronics protection plan on the market! Extended return times, discounted prices, and 24-month coverage are all included with this awesome program!

    So far impressed that it covers not just things you have bought from Best Buy but also purchases from other stores. Have not had an issue yet to use it.
